Առաջնագծում պետք է լինեն միայն պրոֆեսիոնալները. Արման Վարդանյան

Այսօր «Միասնություն» համազգային շարժումը կազմակերպել էր հերթական կլոր սեղան-քննարկումը, այս անգամ՝ «Հասարակություն-Բանակ-Պետություն» խորագրով:
Բանախոսները կարևորեցին նման քննարկումների անհրաժեշտությունը ռազմաքաղաքական այս փուլում, երբ թշնամական պետության գործողություններն անկանխատեսելի են և ամեն պահ կարող է ռազմական պրոցեսը նոր թափ առնել Հայաստանի և Արցախի սահմանին:

Քննարկման ընթացքում նշվեց նաև, որ «Միասնություն» շարժումը տարբերվում է քաղաքական ներկապնակում գործող այլ ուժերից նրանով, որ հասարակության մեջ առկա խնդիրները դնում է բաց, հրապարակային, բովանդակային քննարկման, ինչի արդյունքում քաղաքական դաշտին իմպուլսներ է հաղորդում, վեր է հանում արմատացած խնդիրները և հիմնվելով մասնագիտական վերլուծությունների ու տեսակետների վրա՝ կազմում լուծման ճանապարհային քարտեզ:

Խոսելով բանակում տիրող արատավոր երևույթների մասին, «Միասնություն» համազգային շարժման համակարգող խորհրդի նախագահ Արման Վարդանյանը թվեց այնպիսի խնդիրներ, ինչպիսիք են՝ զինվոր-սպա փոխհարաբերությունները, կոռուպցիան, զինվորների արհեստավարժության ցածր մակարդակը:

Արման Վարդանյանի խոսքով՝ ապրիլյան իրադարձությունները ցույց տվեցին՝ բանակում ունենք խոցելի տեղեր, ինչպես նաև առկա են ազգային անվտանգությանն ուղղված հրատապ լուծման կարիք ունեցող խնդիրներ: Նշեց նաև, որ իրենց համար տաբու համարվող թեմաներ չկան, և միայն բաց, հրապարակային քննարկումների ու քննադատության ճանապարհով կարելի է հասնել խնդիրների ավելի արագ լուծմանը:
«Շատ կարևոր եմ համարում այս շրջանում անցումը՝ գոնե կիսապրոֆեսիոնալ բանակի: Առաջին գծում են 18 տարեկան երիտասարդներ, ովքեր չունեն հմտություններ, փորձ:

Ճիշտ չէ ամեն ինչ բարդել արտաքին թշնամու վրա, մենք այսօր ունենք ներքին թշնամիներ, որոնք անում են այնպես, որպեսզի բանակը մնա կոռումպացված, բացասական երևույթներն արմատախիլ չարվեն և իրենք շարունակեն իրենց բարեկեցիկ կյանքը՝ ի հաշիվ մեր զինվորների, մեր հերոսների կյանքի:

Մենք կարծում ենք՝ գոնե առաջին գծում պետք է ունենաք պրոֆեսիոնալներ, ովքեր անառիկ կպահեն մեր սահմանը: Կարևոր է, որպեսզի պրոֆեսիոնալների ջոկատը բարձր վարձատրվի, ունենա լավագույն կենսապայմանները, վստահ լինի՝ ինչպես ինքն է պաշտպանում հայրենիքը, այնպես էլ հայրենիքն է պաշտպանում իրեն: Այսօր, ցավոք սրտի, դա մենք չունենք»:

Արման Վարդանյանը նաև անհրաժեշտություն է տեսնում՝ ստեղծելու արագ արձագանքման ջոկատներ, որոնք թշնամու ծավալած գործողությունների ընթացքում արագ կարձագանքեն, կլինեն ամենաթեժ կետերում և տեղում ճիշտ լուծումներ կտան:
