Ուշագրավ զարգացումներ. Ռուսաստանը հետ է գնում հրթիռները, որոնց համար Հայաստանում դատվում է Դավիթ Գալստյանը. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Ռուսաստանի պաշտպանության նախարարությունը մինչև 2027 թվականը ստանալու է ՄԻ-28 մակնիշի 98 նոր ուղղաթիռներ, որոնք սպառազինված են լինելու С-8 տեսակի, 80 միլիմետր տրամաչափի հրթիռներով։ Հրթիռները մշակել են դեռ անցած դարի 60-ական թվականներին, զանգվածաբար կիրառվել են Աֆղանստանում, որտեղ բարձր արդյունավետություն են ցուցադրել։ Այդ հրթիռները գնում էին խորհրդային, ապա ռուսական սպառազինություն ձեռքբերող երկրները, այդ թվում՝ Հայաստանը։ Այժմ էլ նույն Ռուսաստանը 9,7 միլիարդ ռուբլի է հատկացրել նույն՝ 1991 թվականին արտադրված հրթիռներ գնելու համար։ Խոսքը ժամանակին իր երկրում արտադրված և այլ երկրներ մատակարարված նույն հրթիռներից առկա մնացորդների մասին է:

Այս տեղեկությունը Հայաստանի համար ուշագրավ է այն իմաստով, որ ներկայումս Հայաստանին զենք մատակարարող ընկերության ղեկավար Դավիթ Գալստյանին (Պատրոն Դավիթ) և պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանին մեղադրում են անորակ հրթիռներ գնելու մեջ: Ընդ որում, խոսքը հենց վերոնշյալ հրթիռների մասին է: Դավիթ Գալստյանը տարիներ առաջ Հայաստանի պաշտպանության նախարարության պատվերով գնել և փոխանցել է 4232 հատ այդպիսի հրթիռ։ Եվ այն, որ Ռուսաստանը ոչ միայն չի վաճառում, այլև սկսել է հետ գնել այդ հրթիռները, քանի որ դրանց քանակը բավականին քիչ է, ինքնին վկայում է, որ այդ հրթիռները որակյալ են և ժամկետի մեջ:
