Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է՝
 
Կապանի հատվածում տեղակայված զորամասերից մեկում արձանագրված և մամուլում ակտիվորեն շրջանառվող միջադեպը, որում ներկայացված է զինծառայողին բռնության ենթարկելու, վնասվածքներ հասցնելու մանրամասներ, խորը մտահոգությունների տեղիք է տալիս։
 
Որպես պատճառ ներկայացված է հանգամանքներ, որոնց հիմքով կոնֆլիկտներ ժամանակին եղել են զորամասերում, սակայն դրանք վերջին տարիներին այդքան խորը արտահայտված չեն եղել։
 
Որքան հասկանում եմ՝ զինծառայողը այս պահին էլ գտնվում է զորամասից դուրս և նա, նրա ընտանիքը հրաժարվում են նրան վերադարձնել զորամաս։
 
Միանգամից նշեմ, որ անմեղության կանխավարկածը չխախտելով, շրջանառվող վարկածները, արձանագրված հանգամանքները, ներկայացվող մեղավորներին դիտմամբ չեմ անդրադառնում, որովհետև ամբողջ պատկերը դեռ չկա, սակայն մի քանի արձանագրում կանեմ։
 
Առաջին, ոչ կանոնադրական հարաբերություններով պայմանավորված միջադեպերը շարունակում են տեղ գտնել բանակում, իսկ այդ ուղղությամբ ԳՇ և ՊՆ ղեկավարությունը տեսանելի, պատշաճ միջոցներ չեն ձեռնարկում։
Ավելին, որքան ես եմ հասկանում, համապատասխան կառույցներն ու ստորաբաժանումներն ունեն վերլուծություն, սակայն բանակի ղեկավարությունն այն որպես հիմք չի ընդունում և ըստ այդմ՝ անհրաժեշտ միջոցներ չի ձեռնարկում։
Ասածիս հիմքն այն է, որ կառավարության հետ վերջին հարցուպատասխանի ժամանակ, Պնախարարն այդ մասին անուղղակի ձևով նշեց, ասելով, որ իրեն վերլուծություն փոխանցել են, բայց նա դրա վերաբերյալ դեռ ոչ միանշանակ մոտեցում ունի։
 
Երկրորդ, այսպիսի միջադեպերի հիմքում բանակի վրա ազդող բացասական երևույթների գերիշխումն է, որոնք փոխանցվում են հասարակությունից։
Տարբեր փուլերում դրանք զսպելու տարբեր մեխանիզմներ են գործել, սակայն ներկայումս դրանք խիստ խափանումներով են գործում։
 
Անկախ այն հանգամանքից, թե գրանցված միջադեպում ինչ մասնակցություն ունեն առանձին զինծառայողներ, սպաներ կամ այս դեպքով որպես տուժող ներկայացված զինծառայողը, սա համակարգային խնդիր է և սրա լուծումը դրվագային կամ միջանկյալ ձևով չի կարող լինել։
Երրորդ, խախտվել է սպա-զինվոր հարաբերությունների բալանսը, որի պարագայում նման միջադեպերն անխուսափելի են։
 
Կան նաև այլ պատճառներ, որոնք հանրային ձևով ներկայացնելը ռիսկային եմ համարում և այս դեպքում չեմ անդրադառնա։
