Լոռեցյան-2 կամ «շունը տիրոջը չի ճանաչում»

Երևանի ավագանու «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցությունն արդեն վաղուց սպառել է իրեն, իսկ ավագանու անդամ են դառնում մարդիկ, որոնց նույնիսկ սեփական թիմում լավ չեն ճանաչում, չգիտեն ո՛չ նրանց անցյալը, ո՛չ էլ հետագիծը։ 2018 թվականի սեպտեմբերին կայացած ՏԻՄ ընտրություններում ավագանու «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցությունը 57 մանդատ ստացավ, պատերազմից հետո արդեն ավագանու չորս անդամներ անկախ են դիրքավորվել։ Այդուհանդերձ, երեք և կես տարվա ընթացքում խմբակցության բազմաթիվ անդամներ հեռացան․ մի մասը պատգամավոր դարձավ «Իմ քայլը» դաշինքի ընտրացուցակով, մի մասն էլ վայր դրեց ավագանու անդամի մանդատը։ Այսօր արդեն երկրորդ հարյուրյակից են ավագանու անդամ դառնում, իսկ ինքնաբացարկներն ու մանդատից հրաժարումները շարունակվում են։ Մանդատից հրաժարվողներ եղան նաև Հայկ Մարությանի պաշտոնանկությունից հետո։

Մեր տեղեկություններով, առաջիկայում ևս խմբակցության մեկ-երկու անդամ կարող է հրաժարվել մանդատից՝ կախված նոր աշխատանքի անցնելու պայմանների հետ։ Նույնիսկ «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցությունում տեղյակ չեն, թե ովքեր են լինելու հաջորդ անդամները, ի՞նչ սպասել նրանցից։ Այդպես է ստացվում, երբ առանց տրամաբանության և առանց սկզբունքի ընտրացուցակ են ձևավորում։ Արդյունքում, ավագանու անդամ կարող են դառնալ տարատեսակ տհաճ պատմություններով հայտնի կերպարներ, որոնք միայն վնասելու են «հեղափոխական» թիմին։ Խմբակցության այդ կազմի առաջին հարյուրյակն էլ առանձնապես չէր փայլում որակով, իսկ հիմա ընդհանրապես խառնաշփոթ է տիրում։

Առաջիկայում «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցությանն անդամակցելու հերթը կարող է հասնել ոչ անհայտ մի պերսոնաժի՝ Մանուել Մարգարյանին, ով, նշենք, այս պահին էլ դատական հայց ունի ներկայացրած, ոչ ավել ոչ պակաս, Երևան քաղաքի ավագանու դեմ։ «Դատալեքս» համակարգում մի քանի տասնյակ քաղաքացիական և վարչական գործեր կան, որոնցով անցնում է նշված անձը։ Կան նաև քրեական գործեր, բոլորն էլ կոռուպցիոն բնույթի, մասնավորապես, 308 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով, 310 հոդվածի 1-ին մասով։ Այժմ էլ իրավապահները նյութեր են նախապատրաստում նրան սուտ մատնության մեղադրանք ներկայացնելու համար։

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը դեռ անցած տարի էր տեղեկություն տարածել, թե Կենտրոն վարչական շրջանի ղեկավարի աշխատակազմի քաղաքաշինության և հողօգտագործման բաժնի պետ Մանուել Մարգարյանը, հանդիսանալով պաշտոնատար անձ, օրենքով սահմանված արգելքին հակառակ հիմնադրել է ձեռնարկատիրական գործունեություն իրականացնող կազմակերպություններ, չարաշահել էր պաշտոնեական լիազորությունները, կեղծել փաստաթղթերը՝ էական վնաս հասցնելով պետության օրինական շահերին։ Թերևս, Երևանի ավագանու «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցությունում հենց այդպիսի մեկն է պակասում։ Մինչդեռ փաշինյանական իշխանությունը ժամանակին ապօրինությունների դեմ անհաշտ պայքար մղելու խոստումներ էր տալիս, մի թիմակցի էլ՝ Գևորգ Լոռեցյանին տարիներ շարունակ պահում են անազատության մեջ։ Շատ իզուր, վերջինս էլ կարող էր ավագանու անդամ, նույնիսկ ԱԺ պատգամավոր դառնալ։
