Վերջերս Հայաստանի կողմից ռազմական ուղղաթիռների ձեռքբերման գործարքը, որոնց մասին ՀՀ ՊՆ-ն իրազեկեց հանրությանը, պարզվում է դարձյալ իրականացվել է ներկայումս կալանքի տակ գտնվող զենքի մատակարար Դավիթ Գալստյանի (Պատրոն Դավիթ) միջոցով: Այս մասին InfoPort.am-ին հայտնեցին ՊՆ-ում իր աղբյուրները:

Ըստ աղբյուրի գործարքը և ուղղաթիռների անխափան մատակարարման լոգիստիկ խնդիրները իրականացվել են Գալստյանի միջոցով` պետության համար բավական բարենպաստ պայմաններով: Գործարքի այլ մանրամասներ (ուղղաթիռների քանակի, ձեռք բերման վայրի և պայմանների վերաբերյալ) ելնելով դրանց գաղտնիությունից չենք հրապարակում:

Ինչպես նշեց աղբյուրը, հատկանշական այն է, որ Գալստյանը, գտնվելով կալանքի տակ, չնայած իրեն առաջադրված մեղադրանքներին, այդուհանդերձ չի մերժել պետության հետ համագործակցելու առաջարկը և այս ողջ ընթացքում հնարավորինս փորձել է անխափան իրականացնել մատակարարումների գործընթացը, ներառյալ ուղղաթիռների վերջին խմբաքանակի ձեռք բերման գործարքը:

Փաստացի ստացվում է, որ պետությունը, մեղադրելով Գալստյանին «բարձր գներով անպիտան զինամթերք մատակարարելու մեջ», միևնույն ժամանակ շարունակում է օգտվել նրա ծառայություններից զենքի մատակարարման գործընթացում:

ՊՆ-ից պաշտոնապես չմեկնաբանեցին մեր այս տեղեկությունը` առաջարկելով գրավոր հարցում ուղարկել:   

Հիշեցնենք, որ հունվարի 25-ին ՀՀ ՊՆ հայտնեց, որ ԶՈՒ ավիացիոն ուժերը համալրվել են ժամանակակից, բազմաֆունկցիոնալ նոր ուղղաթիռներով, որոնք նախատեսված են դեսանտային, կրակային, տրանսպորտային և սանիտարական խնդիրներ կատարելու համար։

Ռազմական նոր ավիացիոն տեխնիկայի ընդունման կապակցությամբ «Էրեբունի» օդակայանում անցկացվել է հանդիսավոր միջոցառում, որին ներկա է գտնվել ՀՀ ԶՈՒ գլխավոր շտաբի պետ, գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Արտակ Դավթյանը։

ՀՀ ԶՈՒ գլխավոր շտաբի պետին են ներկայացվել ուղղաթիռների մարտավարական-տեխնիական բնութագրերն ու առանձնահատկությունները։
