Ադրբեջանը «գցեց» Ռուսաստանին․ Աբովյան

Մենք անընդհատ խիստ վիրավորվում ենք տարբեր երկրներից, Հայաստանի և Արցախի նկատմամբ թուրք-ադրբեջանական սրիկաների ագրեսիային նրանց անատամ «իմպոտենտային» արձագանքներից։

Մենք զարմանում ենք, թե ինչո՞ւ էին մեծ ուժային կենտրոնները հանգիստ հետևում և հետևում են, թե ինչպես է ոչնչացվում հայկական հին քաղաքակրթությունը։

Պատասխանները շատ են, սակայն հիմնական գործոն են հանդիսանում երկու բաղադրիչները. խոսքը իրականում Հայաստանի ներկայիս իշխանությունների թուրքահաճո քաղաքականության և արտաքին խաղացողների շահերի մասին է։

Որպես օրինակ՝ հարկ է նշել, որ Ադրբեջանը հավաքական Արևմուտքի կողմից դիտարկվում էր որպես յուրօրինակ «էներգետիկ բարձ» Ռուսաստանի հետ առճակատման հարցում։

Եվ Արևմուտքի և Արևելքի առճակատման վերջին օրերի իրադարձությունները միայն հաստատում են դարավոր աքսիոմը. Ողջ բարոյականությունը, արդարությունը, ազնվությունը զրոյանում են, երբ տարածաշրջանի այս կամ այն հիմնական խաղացողի շահերի շուրջ սկսում են խմորումներ:

Ադրբեջանը պատրաստ է Եվրոպային ապահովել գազի անհետաձգելի մատակարարմամբ։

Հարավային գազային միջանցքը Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովի նախաձեռնությունն է՝ Կասպից և Մերձավոր Արևելքի տարածաշրջաններից դեպի Եվրոպա բնական գազի մատակարարման երթուղու համար, որն առաջարկվել է 2008 թվականին: Հարավային գազային միջանցքի նպատակն է նվազեցնել Եվրոպայի կախվածությունը ռուսական գազից և ավելացնել էներգիայի մատակարարման տարբեր աղբյուրներ։ Ադրբեջանից Եվրոպա երթուղին բաղկացած է հարավկովկասյան գազատարից, Անդրանատոլիական և Անդրադրիատիկ գազատարից։ Մատակարարման հիմնական աղբյուրը Կասպից ծովում գտնվող Շահ Դենիզ գազի հանքավայրն է։

Ադրբեջանը պատրաստ է արտակարգ իրավիճակներում բնական գազ մատակարարել Եվրոպա, եթե Ռուսաստանի և Ուկրաինայի միջև լարվածությունը խաթարի մատակարարումները: Թեև լրացուցիչ արտահանումը բավարար չի լինի հիմնական մատակարարին՝ Ռուսաստանին փոխարինելու համար, էներգիայով հարուստ երկիրը կարող է և ավելի մեծ ծավալի ուղարկել, ասել է Մեծ Բրիտանիայում Ադրբեջանի դեսպան Էլին Սուլեյմանովը։
