Անկարան վերստին հայտարարում է՝ պատրաստ է միջնորդ դառնալ Մոսկվայի և Կիևի միջև

Թուրքիան պատրաստ է միջնորդական դեր ստանձնել Ռուսաստանի և Ուկրաինայի միջև և հյուրընկալել երկու նախագահների հանդիպումը, նախօրեին հայտարարել է նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանը թուրքական NTV և Star TV հեռուստաընկերությունների հատուկ թողարկման ժամանակ:

Խոսելով ռուս-ուկրաինական հակասությունների մասին՝ Էրդողանն ընդգծել է, որ Թուրքիան տարածաշրջանում խաղաղություն կողմնակից է և ուզում է, որպեսզի Մոսկվայի և Կիևի միջև լարվածությունը թուլանա առանց նոր ճգնաժամի վերածվելու: Էրդողանը վերստին նշել է, որ Անկարան պատրաստ է միջնորդ դառնալ կողմերի միջև:

«Կրկին պատրաստակամություն եմ հայտնում աջակցել կողմերին: Նախագահներ Վլադիմիր Պուտինին և Վլադիմիր Զելենսկուն հայտնել եմ սրա մասին և շարունակելու եմ փոխանցել այս ուղերձները: Քանի որ մենք խաղաղություն ու կայունություն ենք ուզում մեր տարածաշրջանում: Կարծում եմ՝ երկու երկրներն էլ գիտեն Թուրքիայի անկեղծության ու բարյացակամության մասին: Եթե երկու առաջնորդներն էլ ցանկանան, կարող են հանդիպում կազմակերպել մեր երկրում և բացել խաղաղության մթնոլորտի վերականգնմանը տանող ճանապարհը», - հայտարարել է Էրդողանը:

Թուրքիայի նախագահը նշել է, որ երկու երկրների առճակատումից ոչ ոք չի շահելու, ընդհակառակը՝ տուժելու են և՛ պատերազմող կողմերը, և՛ ողջ տարածաշրջանը: Էրդողանի խոսքով, Թուրքիային մտահոգում են նաև Ռուսաստանի և Արևմուտքի լարված հարաբերությունները։ Լրագրողի հարցին, թե ի՞նչ դիրք կգրավի ՆԱՏՕ-ի անդամ երկիր Թուրքիան, եթե Ռուսաստանը հարձակվի Ուկրաինայի վրա, Էրդողանը ասել է, թե հույս ունի, որ լարվածությունը թեժ բախումների չի հասնի:

«Մեր ցանկությունն է, որպեսզի այս ճգնաժամը հանգուցալուծվի երկխոսության և դիվանագիտության ճանապարհով: Հավատում ենք, որ սա հնարավոր է: Ե՛վ Ռուսաստանին, և՛ Ուկրաինային շարունակում ենք կոչ անել կառուցողական և հավասարակշիռ մոտեցում ցուցաբերել: Թուրքիան կշարունակի կատարել ՆԱՏՕ-ի շրջանակներում ստանձնած դաշնակցային պարտավորությունները: Այս հարցում թող ոչ մի կասկած չլինի», - ընդգծել է Թուրքիայի առաջնորդը:

Նախագահ Էրդողանը նաև հայտարարել է, որ Թուրքիա է հրավիրել ռուսաստանցի պաշտոնակից Վլադիմիր Պուտինին երկկողմ հանդիպում անցկացնելու համար:

«Մենք մեր երկիր ենք հրավիրում պարոն Պուտինին, հիմա ուզում ենք որոշ քայլեր ձեռնարկել մեր երկկողմ հանդիպումը կազմակերպելու համար», - նշել է Էրդողանը՝ ասելով, թե Մոսկվայից պատասխան են սպասում։

Ռուսաստանի նախագահի խոսնակ Դմիտրի Պեսկովն այսօր հայտնել է, որ Պուտինը գոհունակությամբ ընդունել է Էրդողանի հրավերը: Նա նշել է, որ այս թեման քանիցս օրակարգ է եկել նախագահների վերջին մի քանի շփումների ժամանակ: Պեսկովի խոսքով, նախագահ Էրդողանը ցանկություն է հայտնել Թուրքիայում հյուրընկալել երկկողմ հարաբերությունների միջկառավարական հանձնաժողովների նիստերը, որոնք գլխավորում են երկու նախագահները: Նրանք պայմանավորվել են, որ երբ համաճարակային իրավիճակն ու նախագահների ժամանակացույցը թույլ տա, Պուտինը անպայման կօգտվի այդ հրավերից և կմեկնի Թուրքիա։
