Երասխ-Ջուլֆա-Օրդուբադ-Մեղրի-Հորադիզ երկաթուղու գործարկումը տրանզիտային մեծ հոսքերի հնարավորություն է. ՀՀ վարչապետ

Տարածաշրջանում եթե հաջողվի բացել կոմունիկացիաները, այդ թվում՝ Հայաստան-Թուրքիա սահմանը, ապա դա նշանակում է, որ Հայաստանը Ռուսաստանի, Եվրոպայի, Իրանի, Չինաստանի հետ ստանում է երկաթուղային կապ՝ իր բոլոր տնտեսական հետևանքներով: «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ, այս մասին ԶԼՄ-ների և հասարակական կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչների համար կազմակերպված առցանց ասուլիսի շրջանակում ասաց Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ անդրադառնալով Երասխ-Ջուլֆա-Օրդուբադ-Մեղրի-Հորադիզ երկաթուղու հնարավոր գործարկման մասին հարցին:

«Բրյուսելյան հանդիպումից հետո ես ասացի, որ Ադրբեջանի նախագահի հետ այդ հարցում ձեռք ենք բերել համաձայնություն այն մասին, որ պետք է սկսենք երկաթուղու կառուցումը:  Իմ որոշմամբ արդեն աշխատանքային խումբ է ստեղծվել: Այն հատվածները, որոնք մենք պետք է կառուցենք, առնվազն տասնյակ անգամով ավելի էժան է: Այստեղ բարդություն չեմ տեսնում, նախնական գնահատականով 200 մլն դոլար և 5 մլն դոլար ներդրման մասին է: Հայաստանի համար շատ ծանր բեռ չէ: Շատ միջազգային դոնորներ մեծ հետաքրքրություն են ցուցաբերում: Եվ շատ հնարավոր է, որ լինեն այնպիսի կոմբինացիաներ, որ նույնիսկ Հայաստանի պետական բյուջեից փող ներդնելու անհրաժեշտություն չլինի»,-ասաց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:

ՀՀ վարչապետի խոսքով՝ կան միջազգային կազմակերպություններ, որոնք հետաքրքրված են նախագծով, ցանկանում են ներդրում կատարել, շահագործել, պատրաստ են ֆինանսավորել: Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նշեց, որ գործնականում երկաթուղու կառուցման նախապատրաստական աշխատանքները սկսված են:

«Եթե մեզ հաջողվի տարածաշրջանի կոմունիկացիաները, այդ թվում, Հայաստան-Թուրքիա սահմանը բացել, ապա Հայաստանը Եվրոպայի, Իրանի Ռուսաստանի Չինաստանի հետ ստանում է երկաթուղային կապ՝ իր բոլոր տնտեսական հետևանքներով: Խաղաղության օրակարգ ասելով՝ մենք սա նկատի ունենք: Տրանզիտային հսկայական հոսքերի մասին է խոսքը՝ Պարսից ծոցից դեպի Սև ծով, Միջին Արևելքից դեպի Ռուսաստան: Այս ընդհանուր նախագիծը խաղաղության օրակարգի հիմք կարող է լինել»,-ասաց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:
