Թշնամին Գեղարքունիքում ազդեցիկ լույսերով գիշերվա ժամերին թիրախավորում է քաղաքացիների տները. Թագուհի Թովմասյան

Ազգային ժողովի «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Թագուհի Թովմասյանը, որը երեկ է վերադարձել Գեղարքունիքի մարզի` առաջնագծում տեղակայված բնակավայրերից, նշում է, որ մարդիկ ունեն կենսական իրավունքների պաշտպանության խնդիր:

«Մարդիկ ունեն ապրելու, կյանքի իրավունքի խնդիր, մարդիկ ունեն իրենց ունեցվածքը պահելու խնդիր, որովհետև թշնամին Կութ համայնքում 80 գլխից ավելի անասուն հափշտակել է ու չեն կարողանում պաշտպանել իրենց իրավունքները Հայաստանում, չեմ խոսում, որ մինչ օրս փոխհատուցում չի տրվել», - Ազգային ժողովում ՄԻՊ-ի ընտրության հարցի ժամանակ հայտարարեց պատգամավորը:

Նա նշեց, թե թշնամին շարունակում է մարդկանց կյանքի իրավունքի սպառնալիքներ կիրառել. ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորին ահազանգել են` շատ հաճախ ազդեցիկ լույսերով գիշերվա ժամերին թիրախավորվում են քաղաքացինեի տները` զուտ հոգեբանական ճնշում գործադրելու համար:

Թովմասյանն ասաց, թե այս խնդրի շուրջ պետք է բոլորով հասկանան՝ ինչ կարելի է անել. քաղաքացին միայնակ է մնացել սահմանամերձ բնակավայրում, իսկ քաղաքացին պետք է զգա, որ, երբ ԱԺ-ում խոսում են մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանությունից, ինքը պաշտպանված է:

«Այստեղ անընդհատ խոսել, որ ամեն ինչ արվում է կամ ամեն ինչ շատ լավ է, եկեք իրականության աչքերին նայենք ուղիղ` ամեն ինչ այդքան լավ չէ, որովհետև մենք Հայաստանի առաջնագծում արժանապատիվ կյանքի խնդիր ունենք», - ընդգծեց ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորը:

Սահմանամերձ բնակավայրերում նաև կապի խափանում է արձանագրվել. հատուկ տեխնիկա է տեղադրված ու խլացուցիչներով անջատվում է հեռախոսակապը, ինտերնետը. սա, պատգամավորի խոսքով, խնդիր է, որին պետք է հրատապ ուշադրություն դարձվի:

Թագուհի Թովմասյանը հայտարարեց նաև, որ դիալեզով հիվանդները, չունենալով տրանսպորտի միջոցներ, ստիպված են լինում անձնական միջոցներով հասնել հնարավոր մոտակա բնակավայր` Մարտունի ու հոգալ առողջության իրավունքը:

Պատգամավորն անդրադարձավ նաև լրատվամիջոցների նկատմամբ վերաբերմունքին.

«Լրագրողի իշխանությունը խնդիրներ է ստեղծում լրագրողների համար կամ լրագրողի իշխանությունը թիրախավորում է լրագրողներին»:
