Վաշինգտոնը փորձում է ձգձգել Մոսկվայի առաջարկների քննարկումը. ՌԴ ԱԳՆ

Անվտանգության երաշխիքների վերաբերյալ Մոսկվայի առաջարկների փոխանցումից հետո Վաշինգտոնը հիմնականում փորձել է ձգձգել դրանց քննարկումը: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ այդ մասին հայտնել են Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունից:

Ուկրաինայի շուրջ Ռուսաստանի և Արևմուտքի միջև ռազմաքաղաքական լարվածության աճին զուգահեռ Ռուսաստանը և Միացյալ Նահանգները ակտիվ բանակցություններ են վարում նախագահների, արտգործնախարարների և ավելի ցածր մակարդակներով՝ հետագա սրացումներից խուսափելու համար: Վաշինգտոնի և ՆԱՏՕ-ի դաշնակիցների հիմնական մտահոգությունը Ռուսաստանի հնարավոր ռազմական հարձակումն է Ուկրաինայի վրա, Մոսկվայի մտահոգությունը՝ ՆԱՏՕ-ի ընդլայնումը դեպի Արևելք, այդ թվում՝ Ուկրաինայի հնարավոր անդամակցումը Հյուսիսատլանտյան դաշինքին:

2021 թ. դեկտեմբերի 17-ին ՌԴ արտգործնախարարությունը Հյուսիսատլանտյան դաշինքի դեպի արևելք չընդլայնման և Ռուսաստանի անվտանգության երաշխավորման մասին պայմանագրի նախագիծ էր փոխանցել Վաշինգտոնին: ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ը նաև ՆԱՏՕ-ի մյուս անդամ պետությունների հետ պայմանագրերի նախագծեր էր հրապարակել: Դրանց առանցքային դրույթը իրավական ամրագրումն է ՆԱՏՕ-ի՝ դեպի արևելք ընդլայնումից հրաժարվելու և դաշինքին Ուկրաինայի անդամակցումը բացառելու: Վաշինգտոնը, սակայն, շեշտում է, որ Ռուսաստանի հիմնական պահանջը՝ հրաժարվել դեպի Արևելք ՆԱՏՕ-ի ընդլայնումից, չի կարող կատարվել, քանի որ դա կնշանակի հրաժարվել ՆԱՏՕ-ի «բաց դռների» քաղաքականությունից: Այդ դիրքորոշումը հունվարի 21-ի ժնևյան բանակցություններից հետո վերահաստատել է ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար Էնթոնի Բլինքենը: Ռուսաստանի արտգործնախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովն էլ տեղեկացրել է, որ Միացյալ Նահանգները համաձայնել է հաջորդ շաբաթ գրավոր պատասխան տալ անվտանգության ոլորտում երաշխիքների վերաբերյալ Ռուսաստանի առաջարկներին:
