Կառավարությունը լավ չի պատկերացնում իր անելիքը․ Էլինար Վարդանյան

Կառավարության այսօրվա նիստից տպավորություն է, որ կառավարությունն իրոք մտահոգ է «օմիկրոնի» տարածմամբ և էական ռիսկեր է տեսնում, բայց նաև՝ լավ չի պատկերացնում նոր պայմաններում իր անելիքը։ Իսկ օմիկրոնի ալիքը, իսկապես նոր պայմաններ է թելադրում։ ։Այս մասին իր հոդվածում գրել է «Այլընտրանքային նախագծեր» խմբի անդամ, «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Էլինար Վարդանյանը և հավելել.

«Հաշվի առնելով այս շտամի առանձնահատկությունները  պետությունները գնում են զանգվածային անվճար թեստավորման ճանապարհով. շատ մեծ քանակներով։

Բնակչությանը զանգվածային ռապիդ թեստեր են տրամադրում։

Այս ճանապարհով պետությունը կարողանում է ֆիքսել վարակի իրական վիճակը։

Հայաստանում թեստերը միջինում 10000 դրամ են։ Թեստ անողների թիվը, ըստ էության, շատ սահմանափակ է։ Սա շատ քիչ է օմիկրոնի տարածման իրական պատկեր ունենալու համար։ Թեստավորվողների մեծ մասն էլ Հայաստանից մեկնողներն են։ Ու էլի միանում է մահվան մեքենան։ Օմիկրոնով վարակված մարդը,  այս շտամին համապատասխան, հաճախ չունի որևէ սիմպտոմ, հետևաբար իր կամքով չի գնա  10 հազարով թեստ հանձնելու,  գնում է աշխատանքի, շարունակում է լիարժեք կյանք, շփվում է մարդկանց հետ, այդ թվում` տարեցների։ Իսկ դա նշանակում է նոր հիվանդներ, նոր մահեր։ Ցավոք՝ մեծ թվերով։

Օմիկրոնի դեմ պայքարի հիմնական պահանջներից մեկը՝ զանգվածային, մատչելի, անվճար թեստավորումն է։ Պետությունն ու գործատուն սա պետք է անեն. հակառակ դեպքում՝ տասնյակ հազարավոր քաղաքացիներ դա չեն անելու իրենց հաշվին ու հնարավոր չի լինելու հայտնի միջոցներով զսպելու վարակի տարածումը։ Մենք ժամանակ քիչ ունենք. մտածեք այս ուղղությամբ»։
