Քննարկվել են արտակարգ իրավիճակների ոլորտում հայ-ամերիկյան փոխգործակցության զարգացման հնարավորությունները

Այսօր՝ հունվարի 20-ին, ԱԻ նախարար Անդրանիկ Փիլոյանն ընդունել է ԱՄՆ եվրոպական հրամանատարության գործընկերության, անվտանգության ոլորտում համագործակցության և տիեզերքի հետ կապված կարողությունների հարցերով տնօրենի տեղակալ, ԱՄՆ ռազմաօդային ուժերի բրիգադի գեներալ Էդվարդ Լ. Վոնի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը: Պատվիրակության կազմում ընդգրկված են եղել Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում ԱՄՆ դեսպան Լին Թրեյսին, ՀՀ-ում ԱՄՆ դեսպանության պաշտպանական համագործակցության գրասենյակի ղեկավար, փոխգնդապետ Դանիել Սինգլթոն, ԱՄՆ ռազմածովային ուժերի լեյտենանտ, հրամանատար Վիկտոր Ռոմանենկովը, ԱՄՆ ռազմաօդային ուժերի գլխավոր սերժանտ Էդիդիոնգ Գլոդովսկին: Հանդիպմանը մասնակցել են նաև ԱԻ նախարարի առաջին տեղակալ Արմեն Փամբուխչյանը, ՓԾ տնօրեն Արմեն Գասպարյանը: Այս մասին հայտնում են ԱԻՆ-ից։

Ա.  Փիլոյանը ողջունելով հյուրերին՝  շնորհակալություն է հայտնել հանդիպման նախաձեռնության համար և ընդգծել, որ հայ-ամերիկյան համագործակցությունն արտակարգ իրավիճակների բնագավառում սկիզբ է առել 2003 թ.-ից:  Անցած տարիների ընթացքում  իրականացվել են փոխադարձ ճանաչողական այցեր, բազմաթիվ ուսուցողական դասընթացներ, անցկացվել են կոնֆերանսներ, սեմինարներ, հրամանատարաշտաբային ուսումնավարժություններ:

Գերատեսչության ղեկավարը, ի թիվս այլ ծրագրերի, մասնավորապես անդրադարձել է Հայաստանում ԱՄՆ դեսպանատան ռազմական համագործակցության գրասենյակի հետ համատեղ Շիրակի մարզում երկու հրշեջ–փրկարարական ջոկատների շենքերի հիմնանորոգման և կառուցման  (Գյումրի 2, Ախուրյան) ծրագրին: 2022 թ. դրա շրջանակում նախատեսվում է Աշոցքի նոր հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատի շենքի կառուցման ավարտը և բացումը: Մեկնարկել են «Սևան ազգային պարկի» տարածքում գործող Սևանի հատուկ ջրափրկարարական ջոկատի կենտրոնական բազայի կառուցման աշխատանքները: Հայ–ամերիկյան համագործակցության շրջանակում ընդգծվել են նաև քիմիական, կենսաբանական, ճառագայթային և միջուկային անվտանգության ոլորտում համագործակցության ծրագրերը:

Դեսպան Լին Թրեյսին վերահաստատելով փոխգործակցության շարունակականության և ընդլայնման ամերիկյան կողմի պատրաստակամությունը՝ նշել է, որ անվտանգության տեսանկյունից մեծապես կարևորվում են աղետների ռիսկերի նվազեցմանը և արձագանքմանն առնչվող ծրագրերը:  

Գեներալ Էդվարդ Լ. Վոնի խոսքով՝ երկու երկրներն արդեն 30 տարի ունեն դիվանագիտական հարաբերություններ, որոնք հիմնված են փոխադարձ հարգանքի և ընդհանուր ժողովրդավարական արժեքների վրա, ինչը հիմք է տալիս ընդլայնելու ծրագրերն՝ ինչպես քանակական, այնպես էլ՝ որակական առումով:

Կողմերը քննարկել են երկկողմ և եռակողմ ձևաչափերով մի շարք նոր ծրագրերի իրականացման հնարավորությունները:
