ՀՀ հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեի և Բազելի Կառավարման ինստիտուտի միջև ստորագրվել է փոխըմբռնման հուշագիր

Շվեյցարիայի Բազելի Կառավարման ինստիտուտի ներկայացուցիչները Հայաստան կատարած երկօրյա մոնիթորինգային այցի շրջանակներում հանդիպել են ՀՀ հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեի նախագահ Սասուն Խաչատրյանի և կառույցի ղեկավար կազմի մյուս անդամների հետ:

 
2003 թվականից ի վեր Բազելի Կառավարման ինստիտուտը գործընկեր պետություններին աջակցում է կոռուպցիայի կանխարգելման և դրա դեմ պայքարի ուղղությամբ տարվող աշխատանքներում: Ինստիտուտի ներկայացուցիչներ Ջոնաթան Սփայսերն ու Սթեֆն Ռեթքլիֆը, ներկայացնելով իրենց գործունեության առանցքային ուղղությունները, կարևորել են հատկապես ինստիտուտի կողմից գործընկեր երկրներին ցուցաբերվող աջակցությունը երկրից ապօրինի կերպով դուրս բերված ակտիվների վերադարձի ու ֆինանսական առավել բարդ հանցագործությունների քննության աշխատանքներում: Հիշյալ ծրագրերն իրականացվում են Ակտիվների վերականգնման միջազգային կենտրոնի (ICAR) միջոցով` հատուկ մասնագետների խմբի կողմից օպերատիվ կերպով տրամադրվող տարաբնույթ խորհրդատվություններով և հետազոտություններով:

Շնորհակալություն հայտնելով հայկական կողմին ջերմ ընդունելության համար` Ջոնաթան Սփայսերն ու Սթեֆն Ռեթքլիֆը անդրադարձել են համագործակցության շրջանակում հնարավորինս շուտ գործնական քայլերի անցնելու անհրաժեշտությանը` հույս հայտնելով, որ շոշափելի արդյունքներն արդեն տեսանելի կլինեն կարճ ժամանակ անց:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում ՀՀ հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեի և Բազելի Կառավարման ինստիտուտի միջև ստորագրվել է փոխըմբռնման հուշագիր` կոռուպցիայի, տնտեսության դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների կամ հանցավոր գործունեության այլ տեսակների միջոցով ձեռք բերված ակտիվների բացահայտման և դրանց վերադարձի ուղղությամբ աջակցություն ցուցաբերելու, ինչպես նաև նշված հանցագործությունների արդյունավետ քննությանն ուղղված ծրագրերի և ռազմավարությունների մշակմանը նպաստելու նպատակով:

ՀՀ հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեի նախագահ Սասուն Խաչատրյանը, շվեյցարական կողմին շնորհակալություն հայտնելով նման հեղինակավոր հաստատության հետ համագործակցելու գործնական մեկնարկի համար, համոզմունք է հայտնել, որ հուշագրի կնքումը արդյունավետ հիմք կծառայի ավելի սերտ համագործակցության համար:

Բազելի Կառավարման ինստիտուտի խորհրդի գործադիր տնօրեն Գրետտա Ֆենները, իր հերթին, շնորհավորելով Սասուն Խաչատրյանին նորաստեղծ կառույցի նախագահի պաշտոնը ստանձնելու կապակցությամբ, նույնպես կարևորել է փոխըմբռնման հուշագրի կնքումով համագործակցության արդյունավետ սկիզբ ապահովելու հանգամանքը` վկայակոչելով շվեյցարական կողմի պատրաստակամությունը վերը նշված ուղղություններով ՀՀ հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեին այսուհետ ևս հնարավորինս աջակցելու հարցում:
