Թուրքիան ՀՀ-ի հետ հարաբերությունների կարգավորման գործընթաց է մտնում նախապայմաններով. Հայկ Մամիջանյան

ԱԺ «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության մաս կազմող երկու կուսակցություններից Հանրապետական կուսակցության առաջնորդը եղել է հայ-թուրքական հարաբերությունների կարգավորման գործընթացներից մեկի ճարտարապետը, և խմբակցությունն իրապես առանց նախապայմանների կարգավորման հետ կապված իր կարծիքը բազմաթիվ անգամ հայտնել է։ Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, Ազգային ժողովի ամբիոնից այս մասին հայտարարեց «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության քարտուղար Հայկ Մամիջանյանը։

Նա շեշտեց, որ այստեղ խնդիրն այն է, որ Թուրքիայի ամենատարբեր մակարդակի պաշտոնյաների, այդ թվում՝ Թուրքիայի նախագահ Ռեջեփ Թայիփ Էրդողանի խոսքերից պարզ է դառնում, որ Թուրքիան գործընթաց է մտնում նախապայմաններով։

«Այդ գործընթացը չի կարող իրականացվել ժողովրդի մեջքի հետևում, որովհետև ընթացիկ յուրաքանչյուր իրադարձության վերաբերյալ տեղեկացել ենք հիմնականում Չավուշօղլուից (Թուրքիայի ԱԳ նախարար Մևլյութ Չավուշօղլու – խմբ.), իսկ հետո Հայաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունից, իսկ Ստոկհոլմում երկու երկրների արտաքին գործերի նախարարների ոչ ֆորմալ հանդիպման առհասարակ տեղեկություն չտարածվեց։

Այդ գործընթացը չի կարող տեղի ունենալ ի հաշիվ Ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության, թեպետ Չավուշօղլուն արդեն իսկ ասել է, որ իրենք յուրաքանչյուր քայլը խորհրդակցում և համաձայնեցնում են Ադրբեջանի հետ։

Այդ գործընթացը չի կարող տեղի ունենալ Հայոց ցեղասպանության միջազգային ճանաչման գործընթացին ի վնաս կամ ի հաշիվ, թեպետ մենք արդեն իսկ տեսել ենք արտաքին գործերի նախարարության արտահայտությունը։

Այդ գործընթացը չի կարող տեղի ունենալ, արհամարհելով սփյուռքի կարծիքը, չլսելով և չխորհրդակցելով սփյուռքի հետ։

Այդ գործընթացը չի կարող տեղի ունենալ լռելյայն, կուլ տալով այն բոլոր վայրագությունները և հանցագործությունները, որոնք Թուրքիան իրականացրել է 44-օրյա պատերազմի ընթացքում և ունի լկտիություն պաշտոնապես դրանք ընդունելու։ Թուրքիայի փոխնախագահը իրենց բյուջեի ներկայացման ժամանակ նշել է, որ Թուրքիայի հատուկ ծառայությունները մասնակցել են 44-օրյա պատերազմին, որին հայկական կողմը տվել է զրո արձագանք»,- ասաց Մամիջանյանը։ 

«Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության քարտուղարը շեշտեց, որ հարաբերությունների կարգավորմանը գործընթացը չի կարող տեղի ունենալ ի հաշիվ Ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության բանակցություններին։ Հայկ Մամիջանյանը հիշեցրեց, որ 2016 թվականին ապրիլյան պատերազմից հետո ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի կողմից տարածվեց հայտարարություն, որի անդամ է նաև Թուրքիան, որտեղ կարևորվում էր ուժի չկիրառման սկզբունքը, իսկ այս պատերազմին Թուրքիան անմիջական մասնակից էր։

Մամիջանյանն անտրամաբանական է համարում սկսել գործընթացը ենթադրաբար հեռացող Թուրքիայի նախագահի օրոք, որովհետև հաջորդ տարի Թուրքիայում ընտրական տարի է և Էրդողանի վերընտրվելու շանսերը շատ ցածր են։ «Էրդողանը համարվում է պանթուրքիստական նկրտումներով ղեկավար»,- եզրափակեց Մամիջանյանը։
