Հայաստանի նոր ռեկորդը՝ բնակչության մոտ կեսը ցանկանում է արտագաղթել

Մինչ Սերժ Սարգսյանը խոստանում է, որ 2040թ. Հայաստանի բնակչության թիվը կարող է հասնել 4 միլիոնի, միջազգային հեղինակավոր հետազոտական կենտրոնի ուսումնասիրությունները ցույց են տալիս, որ Հայաստանը առաջիկա տարիներին կարող է ընդհանրապես զրկվել բնակչությունից:

Ամենավտագավորն այն է, որ չնայած արտագաղթի բարձր ցուցանիշներին, Հայաստանից արտագաղթել ցանկացողների թիվը տարեցտարի ավելանում է:

2013-2016թթ տվյալներով Հայաստանից պատրաստ է արտագաղթել բնակչության 47 տոկոսը:

 

Երկու օր առաջ Gallup ընկերությունը հրապարակել է աշխարհում տեղի ունեցող միգրացիային վերաբերող իր հերթական ուսումնասիրությունը:

Ըստ այդ ուսումնասիրության՝ աշխարհում մոտ 710 միլիոն մարդ պատրաստ է փոխել իր մշտական բնակության վայրը, և ապրել ավելի ապահով և բարեկեցիկ երկրներում: Պոտենցիալ միգրանտների քանակը աշխարհում աճում է, և դա կապված է տարածաշրջանային պատերազմների, համաճարակների, տնտեսական ճգնաժամերի ու դրանց հետևանքով կյանքի պայմանների վատթարացման հետ:

Ըստ Galup-ի հետազոտության, Հայաստանը 2013-2016թթ. Հայաստանը արտագաղթել ցանկացողների իր ցուցանիշը 2010-1012թթ համեմատությամբ «բարելավել» է 7 տոկոսային կետով:

Այսպես եթե 2010-2012թթ Հայաստանից արտագաղթելու ցանկություն է ունեցել բնակչության 40 տոկոսը, ապա 2013-2016թթ այդ ցուցանիշը հասել է 47 տոկոսի: Հայաստանը իր ցուցանիշով 8-րդն է, առաջ անցնելով անգամ Սիրիայից, որտեղ արդեն 6 տարուց ավելի ընթանում է քաղաքացիական պատերազմ, իսկ երկրի մեծ մասը գտնվում է ամենատարբեր ահաբեկչական խմբավորութմների վերահսկողության տակ:

Gallup –ը իր կայքում ներկայացրել է արտագաղթի առավել մեծ ցուցանիշ ունեցող 31 երկրների ցանկը, մեր հարևան երկրներից որևէ մեկը այնտեղ չկա:

Կարող եք համոզվել՝ ուսումնասիրելով այս հղումում առկա ցանկը:

Կարող են ասել, որ Հայաստանի ցուցանիշը այնքան էլ վատ չէ, ի վերջո մենք ոչ առաջին տեղում ենք, ոչ էլ երկրորդ:

Բայց այստեղ էլ մի շատ տխուր իրողություն կա, որի հետ հաշվի նստել չի լինի: Արտագաղթի ցուցանիշներով Հայաստանից առաջ գտնվող բոլոր 7 երկրների բնակչությունն էլ ավելի մեծ է քան Հայաստանինը, շատ դեպքերում էականորեն մեծ: Օրինակ, Սիրեա Լեոնեի բնակչությունը 5մլն 369 հազար է, Հայիթիինն 9մլն 893 հազար, իսկ Կոնգոն 77,5 մլն բնակչություն ունի:

Միայն Հայաստանն է, որի բնակչություն նույնիսկ պաշտանական վիճակագրությամբ 3 միլիոնից ցածր է:

Ո՞վ ներդրում կանի մի երկրում, որի բնակչության գրեթե կեսը ցանկանում է արտագաղթել:
