ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկն առաջարկում է Չատ-բանկ DIRECT-ի օգտատերերին ավանդների և վարկերի ձևակերպում արտոնյալ պայմաններով

Չատ-բանկ DIRECT-ի օգտատերերը կարող են օգտվել արտոնյալ պայմաններից՝ ՀՀ դրամով և ԱՄՆ դոլարով ավանդներ և վարկեր ձևակերպելիս:

 

ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկը WhatsApp և Facebook մեսենջերների հարթակում իր հաճախորդներին է ներկայացնում Չատ-բանկ DIRECT-ը։ Տեխնոլոգիապես առաջադեմ չատ- բոտում անմիջապես մեսենջերների միջոցով կարելի է ստանալ վարկ, ներդնել ավանդ, ստանալ արագ դրամական փոխանցումներ քարտին։ Բանկի հաճախորդները  կարող են ստանալ նաև տեղեկատվություն գործող պրոդուկտների և ծառայությունների վերաբերյալ:

Բոլոր ծառայություններն ակնթարթորեն հասանելի են այն մեսենջերում, որտեղ հաճախորդը սովոր է շփվել իր ընտանիքի, ընկերների և գործընկերների հետ: Մեսսենջերներում սպասարկումն անվճար է, և հաճախորդին անհրաժեշտ է միայն սմարթֆոն և հասանելիություն ինտերնետին:

Չատ-բանկ DIRECT ծառայության օգտատերերին ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան Բանկն առաջարկում է նոր հնարավորություններ և առավելություններ՝ բանկային գործարքները չատ-բոտի միջոցով կատարելու դեպքում:

Չատ-բոտի մի քանի պարզ քայլերի միջոցով ֆիզիկական անձ հաճախորդները կարող են ձևակերպել վարկ՝ գործող պայմաններից 1%-ով ցածր տոկոսադրույքով:

Իսկ Չատ-բանկ DIRECT-ով ՀՀ դրամով և ԱՄՆ դոլարով ավանդ ձևակերպելու դեպքում սահմանվում է տվյալ ավանդատեսակի համար գործող տոկոսադրույքից 0,2%-ով բարձր տոկոսադրույք:

Չատ-բանկ DIRECT-ի մի քանի պարզ քայլերի միջոցով առանց Բանկ այցելելու կարելի է դառնալ ՎՏԲ-Հայաստան բանկի հաճախորդ: Դեռևս հաճախորդ չհանդիսանալու  դեպքում անհրաժեշտ է լրացնել անձնական տվյալները և անցնել կենսաչափական նույնականացում՝ սելֆի անելու և անձը հաստատող փաստաթուղթը լուսանկարելու միջոցով: Արդյունքում կբացվի բանկային քարտ, որի ֆիզիկական տարբերակը հաճախորդը կարող է ստանալ Բանկի մասնաճյուղում։

Չատ-բանկ DIRECT ծառայությունից օգտվելու համար հաճախորդը պետք է ավելացնի Բանկի (+374) 8000-8787 հեռախոսահամարն իր կոնտակտների ցանկում և WhatsApp մեսենջերի միջոցով պահպանված կոնտակտին ուղարկի «Start» բառը կամ անմիջապես անցնի հղումով: Կամ Facebook մեսենջերում անհրաժեշտ է անցնել հետևյալ հղումով, ապա՝ գրել «Start»  բառը կամ  պարզապես նամակի տեսքով «Start»  բառն ուղարկել Բանկի ֆեյսբուքյան պաշտոնական էջին:

Ծառայության մանրամասներին կարելի է ծանոթանալ Բանկի մասնաճյուղերում կամ զանգահարել Կոնտակտային կենտրոն՝ 87-87 հեռախոսահամարով՚
