Քայլիստները ևս մեկ անգամ ապացուցեցին՝ ատում են Շիրակի պետհամալսարանը․ Համբարյան

Այսօր Վանաձորի Հ. Թումանյանի անվան պետական համալսարանում տեղի է ունեցել հոգաբարձուների նոր ձևավորված խորհրդի անդրանիկ նիստը, որի ժամանակ ՎՊՀ հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի պաշտոնում ընտրվել է ԿԳՄՍՆ տեղակալ Կարեն Թռչունյանը... Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է քաղաքագետ Գագիկ Համբարյանը:

«Մի կողմ եմ թողնում իմ հակակրանքն այս իշխանությունների և նրանց կողմից վարած քաղաքականության նկատմամբ... Բայց արդար լինելու համար պետք է ասեմ, որ գիտությունների դոկտոր-պրոֆեսոր Կարեն Թռչունյանն իր «տեղում» է՝ ՎՊՀ հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի նախագահի պաշտոնում և լինելով գիտության և կրթության ոլորտի ներկայացուցիչ շատ լավ պատկերացնում է իր ստանձնած պաշտոնի ամբողջ լրջությունը և պատասխանատվությունը...

Ընդամենը մեկ ամիս առաջ նույն քայլիստները Շիրակի պետհամալսարանի հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի նախագահի պաշտոնում «ընտրեցին» ՇՊՀ հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի նախկին նախագահ Բարսեղյան Լևոնին՝ մեկին ով որևէ աղերս չունի ո՛չ կրթության, ո՛չ էլ գիտության հետ... Ավելին, 3 տարի զբաղեցնելով ՇՊՀ հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի նախագահի պաշտոնը բուհի համար որևէ դրական քայլեր չի կատարել, և ես նրան չեմ էլ մեղադրում դրա համար, քանի որ նա, ինչպես վերջերս պարզվեց իր հարցազրույներից մեկից, 3 տարի զբաղեցնելով ՇՊՀ հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի նախագահի պաշտոնը տարրական բաներ չգիտի ՇՊՀ կանոնադրությունից և մինչև հիմա համոզված է, որ ՇՊՀ ամբիոնի վարիչներին ընտրում են ամբիոնների դասախոսները...

ՇՊՀ և ՎՊՀ հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի նախագահների ընտրությունները ևս մեկ անգամ ապացուցեցին, որ Հայաստանի գործող վարչակազմն ատում է ՇՊՀ-ն, քանի որ ի տարբերություն ՎՊՀ-ի, որի հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի նախագահ «ընտրել տվեց» գիտնականի, այլ ոչ թե օրինակ՝ Արթուր Սաքունցին, ՇՊՀ հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի նախագահը «դրսից եկած» է և որևէ կապ չունի գիտության և կրթության հետ...»,- գրել է Համբարյանը։
