Ձերբակալվել է Ուրցաձոր համայնքի նախկին ղեկավարի որդին

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում քննվող քրեական գործով ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումներ՝ Ուրցաձոր համայնքի նախկին ղեկավարի որդու կողմից Ոստիկանության ծառայողների նկատմամբ առերևույթ բռնություն գործադրելու բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու ուղղությամբ:

Ինչպես տեղեկացնում են ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից,  նախնական տվյալներով՝ 2022թ. հունվարի 15-ին, Ուրցաձոր համայնքի նախկին ղեկավարին ինքնիրավչություն կատարելու կասկածանքով բերման ենթարկելու ժամանակ, վերջինիս որդին, իր կողմից վարած «Վազ 2121» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով, որում գտնվել է նաև նույն գյուղի բնակիչներից մեկը, դուրս է եկել հանդիպակաց երթևեկելի գոտի և ավտոմեքենայի առջևի մասով հարվածել Ոստիկանության ծառայողական «Տոյոտա» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի առջևի մասին, ապա, իջնելով ավտոմեքենայից, սկսել է դժգոհել հորը ոստիկանության բաժին բերման ենթարկելու հանգամանքից, սպառնացել ոստիկաններին՝ չենթարկվելով վերջիններիս օրինական պահանջներին:

«Վազ 2121»-ի կողմից Ոստիկանության ծառայողական ավտոմեքենային հարվածելու արդյունքում ոստիկաններից երկուսը մարմնական վնասվածքներ են ստացել և դիմել բուժօգնության:

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ոստիկանության Արարատի բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ` ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 316-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով, որն ուղարկվել է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչության Վեդիի քննչական բաժին և ընդունվել վարույթ:

Նախաքննության ընթացքում կատարվել են անհրաժեշտ քննչական և դատավարական այլ գործողություններ, այդ թվում՝ դեպքի վայրի և տրանսպորտային միջոցների զննություններ, որի  ընթացքում «Վազ 2121»  մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի սրահի հետևի նստատեղի դիմաց՝ հատակին, հայտնաբերվել է երկփողանի որսորդական հրացան, որսորդական հրացանի պատյան, իսկ առջևի նստատեղերի միջնամասում՝ որսորդական հրացանի փամփուշտներ՝ պատյանով, նշանակվել է դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն:

Նույն օրը Ուրցաձոր համայնքի նախկին ղեկավարի որդին ձերբակալվել է՝ ոստիկանների նկատմամբ բռնություն գործադրելու կասկածանքով:

Կատարվում է նախաքննություն: Ձեռնարկվում են միջոցառումներ՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները պարզելու, օբյեկտիվ և բազմակողմանի քննություն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ:
