Վանեցյանը հրաժարվել է մեկնել ԱՄՆ. Խոսնակի պարզաբանումը

Սոս Հակոբյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է․

Սիրելի հայրենակիցներ, 

ցանկանում եմ տեղեկացնել, որ Արթուր Վանեցյանը չեղարկել է իր աշխատանքային այցն ԱՄՆ՝ ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի պատվիրակության կազմում: Պատճառն իշխող ուժի կամայական որոշումն է սահմանափակել ընդդիմության ներկայացուցչի մասնակցությունը Վաշինգոտում նախատեսվող կարևորագույն աշխատանքային հանդիպմանը:
 
Գործուղումից մի քանի ժամ առաջ Արթուր Վանեցյանին տեղեկացրել են, որ ԱՄՆ Ներկայացուցիչների պալատի խոսնակ Նենսի Փելոսիի հետ հանդիպմանը հայկական կողմից մասնակցելու է երեք հոգի և որոշում է կայացվել Վանեցյանին չներառել այդ կազմում: Փաստորեն, իշխանությունը որոշել է, որ Ներկայացուցիչների պալատի խոսնակի հետ հանդիպմանը ընդդիմության ներկայացուցչի կարիք չկա և հանդիպմանը հայկական կողմից կմասնակցեն ԱԺ նախագահ Ալեն Սիմոնյանը, «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության ղեկավար Հայկ Կոնջորյանը և ԱՄՆ-ում ՀՀ արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Լիլիթ Մակունցը: Արթուր Վանեցյանն ի պատասխան տեղեկացրել է, որ այդ պարագայում նպատակահարմար չի համարում իր մեկնումն ԱՄՆ և չեղարկել է այցը, քանի որ օրակարգի այդպիսի փոփոխության պայմաններում այցը կկրեր ընդամենը արարողակարգային բնույթ:
 
Իշխանության այս գործելաոճն աննախադեպ ու անընդունելի է՝ առավել ևս հաշվի առնելով Հայաստանի Հանրապետության խորհրդարանական կառավարման համակարգը:
 
Միջադեպը հերթական անգամ ցույց է տալիս, որ իշխող ուժը չունի քաղաքական մշակույթ և ցանկություն այն զարգացնելու:
 
Մտածելու տեղիք են տալիս նաև նման որոշման շարժառիթները՝ արդյո՞ք խնդիրը միայն իշխանության կողմից ժողովրդավարության այլասերված ընկալումն է, այլակարծության նկատմամբ անհանդուրժողականությունն ու ընդդիմության նկատմամբ անհարգալից վերաբերմունքը, թե՞ առկա է նաև հանդիպման բովանդակությունը թաքցնելու մտադրություն:
