Ադրբեջանի նախագահը դժգոհություններ է հայտնել Ղարաբաղում ռուս խաղաղապահներից

Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիեւը հայտարարել է, որ ընդհանուր առմամբ Ղարաբաղում ռուս խաղաղապահները կատարում են իրենց խնդիրը, թեեւ նրանցից որոշ դժգոհություններ կան:

«Խաղաղապահների գործունեությանը, ինձ թվում է, պետք է նայել ավելի լայն պրիզմայով, եւ, իհարկե, այստեղ շատ նյարդայնացնող պահեր կան։ Բայց, միեւնույն ժամանակ, դա կլինի անարդար՝ չհիշատակել նրանց դրական գործառույթները։ Այժմ նրանք կարեւոր խնդիրներ են կատարում։ Նրանք ուղեկցում են ինչպես մեր զինծառայողների, այնպես էլ Քելբաջարի և Լաչինի շրջաններ ուղարկվող ու փոխադրվող բեռները։ Եվ սկզբունքորեն կարող եմ ասել, որ, ընդհանուր առմամբ, ես դրական եմ գնահատում խաղաղապահների գործունեությունը», - ասել Է Ալիեւը ադրբեջանական հեռուստաալիքներին տված հարցազրույցում։

Ալիևի խոսքով՝ միևնույն ժամանակ Բաքուն բազմիցս դժգոհություններ է հայտնել ռուսական կողմին ադրբեջանական տարածքներ «ապօրինի այցելությունների» կապակցությամբ, որոնք գտնվում են խաղաղապահ զորակազմի պատասխանատվության գոտում:

«Մեր պաշտպանության նախարարը բազմիցս նամակներ է ուղարկել իր ռուս գործընկերոջը, ինչպես նաեւ դժգոհություն հայտնել խաղաղապահ առաքելության ղեկավարին։ Նմանատիպ քայլեր են արվել Վալերի Պեկրեսի անօրինական այցի ժամանակ։ Մեզ պատասխանեցին, որ իրենք (խաղաղապահները), իբր, չեն նկատել, չեն իմացել, ասացին, որ Պեկրեսը եկել է սովորական մեքենայով և այլն, ասեմ ինչպես որ որ կա. դրան դժվար է հավատալ։ Այդ այցը կազմակերպվել էր, քանի որ Պեկրեսը չի կարողացել իր հետ վերցնել նրանց, ում ցանկանում էր, նրան ուղեկցում էին սահմանափակ թվով մարդիկ։ Նրա հետ միասին եղել է Ֆրանսիայի արտաքին գործերի նախկին նախարար, եվրահանձնակատար Բարնյեն և ևս մեկ պատգամավոր։ Նրանք գաղտնի գնացել են այնտեղ և վերադարձել, իսկ նրանց այցի մասին լուրը շրջանառվել է միայն նրանց վերադարձից հետո։ Հավանաբար, նրանք մտավախություն ունեին, որ մենք նրանց կձերբակալենք Լաչինի միջանցքում», - ասել է Ալիևը։

Նա նշել է, որ եթե Բաքուն տեղյակ լիներ այդ ապօրինի այցի մասին, ապա Պեկրեսին ու նրա ուղեկիցներին դուրս չէին թողնի «Ադրբեջանի տարածքից»։

«Մենք տեսնում ենք, որ այստեղ (Ղարաբաղ) մուտք գործող ավտոմեքենաների 91 տոկոսը չի ստուգվում։ Սակայն, դուրս գալու դեպքում չեն ստուգում ավտոմեքենաների միայն 46 տոկոսը։ Ի՞նչ է սա նշանակում։ Սա նշանակում է, որ ռուս խաղաղապահները ցանկանում են մուտքն ազատ դարձնել, իսկ ելքի դեպքում որոշակի խնդիրներ ստեղծել։ Նրանք կանգնեցնում են դուրս եկող մեքենաները, հարցաքննում վարորդներին, քանի որ չեն ցանկանում, որ այստեղից գնան։ Նման բան պատահական լինել չի կարող», - հայտարարել Է Ալիեւը։
