«Տվյալ միջազգային կազմակերպությունից որեւէ հարցում կամ նամակ չի ստացվել». ԱԺ նախագահի խոսնակը՝ Լրագրողների պաշտպանության կոմիտեի պնդման մասին

Քաղաքացիական օրենսգրքի փոփոխության համաձայն՝ այլ անձանց վիրավորելու կամ զրպարտելու մեջ մեղավոր ճանաչված մարդիկ կտուգանվեն նախկինում սահմանված տուգանքի եռապատիկի չափով՝ համապատախանաբար մինչև 3 մլն և մինչև 6 մլն դրամ: Խորհրդարանականները պնդում են, որ այդ միջոցներն անհրաժեշտ են ապատեղեկատվության և վիրավորական բառապաշարի դեմ պայքարելու համար:

«Լրագրողների պաշտպանության կոմիտե» (CPJ) միջազգային իրավապաշտպան կազմակերպությունն իր կայքում գրել է, որ մամուլի ազատության ջատագովները CPJ-ի հետ զրույցում մտավախություն են հայտնել, որ նոր օրենքները կարող են օգտագործվել որպես գործիք՝ ճնշելու քննադատող լրատվամիջոցներին, և կհանգեցնեն ինքնագրաքննության՝ հատկապես հաշվի առնելով այն հանգամանքը, որ մամուլի դեմ դատական հայցերը վերջին տարիներին կտրուկ ավելացել են: Նաեւ նշել են, որ Հայաստանի խորհրդարանից եւ Հայաստանի վարչապետի մամուլի խոսնակի գրասենյակից չեն պատասխանել CPJ-ի հարցումներին:

Այս առնչությամբ Aravot.am-ը պարզաբանում խնդրեց ԱԺ նախագահի մամուլի խոսնակ Ծովինար Խաչատրյանից: Նա պատասխանեց. «Տվյալ միջազգային կազմակերպությունից ԱԺ աշխատակազմի եւ ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահի աշխատակազմի համապատասխան էլեկտրոնային հասցեներին որեւէ հարցում կամ նամակ չի ստացվել: Ձեր կայքից ծանոթանալով միջազգային իրավապաշտպան կազմակերպության հրապարակմանը՝ անմիջապես իրենց կայքում առկա էլեկտրոնային փոստին ճշտող նամակ եմ ուղարկել, որին դեռ չեն պատասխանել: Եթե հարցումը ուղարկվի, բնականաբար պատասխանները մեր կողմից չեն ուշանա»:
