Ադրբեջանի իշխանություններին կոչ ենք անում զերծ մնալ սադրիչ գործողություններից և կատարել Սոչիի եռակողմ հայտարարությամբ և Բրյուսելյան հանդիպման արդյունքներով ստանձնած հանձնառությունը․ ՀՀ ԱԳՆ

ՀՀ ԱԳՆ–ն հայտարարություն է տարածել հունվարի 11-ին Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի կողմից հրադադարի ռեժիմի խախտման վերաբերյալ։ Հայտարարությունում ասվում է․

«Խստորեն դատապարտում ենք այսօր՝ հունվարի 11-ին, ՀՀ արևելյան սահմանագոտու ուղղությամբ Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերի կողմից հրետանային միջոցների և անօդաչու թռչող սարքերի կիրառմամբ ուղեկցված հրադադարի ռեժիմի կոպիտ խախտումը, ինչի հետևանքով զոհվել են ՀՀ ԶՈՒ զինծառայողներ Արթուր Արտյոմի Մխիթարյանը և Ռուդիկ Ռաֆիկի Ղարիբյանը, ևս երկու զինծառայողներ վիրավորվել են: Խորին ցավակցություն ենք հայտնում զոհված զինծառայողների ընտանիքներին ու հարազատներին և շուտափույթ ապաքինում մաղթում վիրավորված զինծառայողներին:

Ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերի ստորաբաժանումների սադրանքը հերթական դրսևորումն է Հայաստանի տարածքային ամբողջականության նկատմամբ Ադրբեջանի շարունակական ոտնձգությունների, որոնք սկիզբ են առել 2021թ․ մայիսի 12-ից ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարածք ներթափանցմամբ և շարունակվել պարբերական զինված հարձակումներով։

Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունը միջազգային հանրության ուշադրությունն է հրավիրում այն փաստին, որ պաշտոնական Բաքուն, շարունակելով ոտնձգությունները Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ինքնիշխանության և տարածքային ամբողջականության նկատմամբ, խախտում է միջազգային իրավունքի հիմնարար սկզբունքները, այդ թվում՝ ՄԱԿ-ի կանոնադրությունը, և խաթարում տարածաշրջանային անվտանգությունը:

Հայկական կողմը բազմիցս նշել է, որ իրավիճակի հետագա սրացումից խուսափելու միջոցներից մեկը կարող է լինել հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանագծից զորքերի հայելային հետքաշումը և սահմանագծի երկայնքով միջազգային մոնիթորինգի մեխանիզմի գործարկումը:

Ադրբեջանական իշխանություններին կոչ ենք անում զերծ մնալ սադրիչ գործողություններից և կատարել Սոչիի եռակողմ հայտարարությամբ և Բրյուսելյան հանդիպման արդյունքներով ստանձնած՝ տարածաշրջանում կայունության հաստատման հանձնառությունը»։
