Կառավարությունում քննարկվել է ֆիզանձանց եկամուտների համընդհանուր հայտարարագրման համակարգի ներդրման հարցը

Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գլխավորությամբ տեղի է ունեցել խորհրդակցություն՝ նվիրված ֆիզիկական անձանց եկամուտների համընդհանուր հայտարարագրման համակարգի ներդրմանը:

Թեմայի առնչությամբ վարչապետ Փաշինյանն ասել է հետևյալը. «Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում ֆիզիկական անձանց եկամուտների համընդհանուր հայտարարագրման համակարգը ներդնելու հարցն ընդգրկված է Կառավարության գործունեության 2021-2026 թվականների ծրագրում, և մենք շատ կարևորում ենք այս համակարգի ներդրումը: Երեկ էլ քննարկում էինք առողջության ապահովագրության համակարգի ներդրման հարցը և հընթացս հանգեցինք այն եզրակացության, որ համընդհանուր հայտարարագրման համակարգը ևս կարևոր է, որպեսզի կարողանանք առողջության ապահովագրության արդյունավետ և արդար համակարգ ունենալ»: 

Ֆինանսների նախարար Տիգրան Խաչատրյանը ներկայացրել է առաջարկվող համակարգի ընդհանուր նկարագիրը՝ հայտարարագրման ներկայիս համակարգի հետ համեմատական վերլուծությամբ:

Խորհրդակցությանը քննարկվել են հայտարարագրման նպատակներին, պահանջներին, արդյունավետությանը, ծախսային մոտիվացիոն մեխանիզմներին, եկամտահարկից ծախսերի փոխհատուցման ուղղությունների բազմազանեցմանն առնչվող և այլ հարցեր: Անդրադարձ է եղել ֆիզիկական անձանց եկամուտների համընդհանուր հայտարարագրման համակարգի ներդրման ուղղությամբ առաջիկա անելիքներին: 

Համակարգի արդյունավետ գործարկման համար Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը կարևորել է թվային գործիքակազմի կիրառումը և տեխնոլոգիական հարթակների ձևավորումը: Վարչապետը հանձնարարել է շարունակել աշխատանքները՝ Կառավարության գործունեության ծրագրի կատարումն ապահովող միջոցառումների ժամանակացույցին համապատասխան:
