ՊՆ կենտրոնական բնակարանային հանձնաժողովը Երևանում հաշվառման հերթացուցակում ընդգրկված շահառուներին առաջարկում է թարմացնել անհրաժեշտ փաստաթղթերի ցանկը

ՀՀ ՊՆ կենտրոնական բնակարանային հանձնաժողովը հայտարարություն է տարածել, որում ասվում է․ 

«Ի գիտություն բնակարանային հաշվառման ընդգրկված երկարամյա ծառայության զինթոշակառուների.

ՀՀ կառավարության 2019 թվականի մայիսի 10-ի N 540-Ն որոշման համաձայն՝ շարունակվում է ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարության համակարգում զինվորական ծառայու­թյունից սահմանված կարգով արձակված և զինվորական ծառայության ընթացքում որպես բնակարանային ապահովության իրավունք ունեցող հաշվառված նախկին զինծառայող­ներին բնակարան կամ բնակելի տուն գնելու համար անհատույց պետական ֆինանսական աջակցության տրամադրման գործընթացը:

Երևան քաղաքում բնակարա­նային հաշվառման հերթացուցակում ընդգրկված շահառուներին առաջարկվում է թարմացնել բնակարանային գործերը` ՀՀ ՊՆ ԶԱ ՍՊ և ՎՀ գլխավոր վարչություն ներկայացնելով հետևյալ փաստաթղթերը.

- զորացրման հրամանի պատճենը,

- շահառուի և նրա ընտանիքի անդամների անձնագրերի պատճեները` գրանցման էջով (բնօրինակների հետ),

- ամուսնության (ամուսնալուծության) վկայականի պատճենը (բնօրինակների հետ միասին),

- անձնագրային բաժնից տեղեկանք շահառուի և նրա ընտանիքի անդամների հաշվառման հասցեների վերաբերյալ (մեկ հաշվառումից ավել ունենալու դեպքում` նշել բոլոր հաշվառման հասցեները),

- շահառուի և նրա ընտանիքի անդամների հաշվառման վայրի բնակարանի (բնակելի տան) սեփականության իրավունքի վկայականների պատճեները  (բնօրինակների հետ), ինչպես նաև նշված բնակարաններում հաշվառված անձանց վերաբերյալ տեղեկանք անձնագրային բաժնից,

- տեղեկանք համատիրությունից` բնակվող անձանց վերաբերյալ, նշելով բնակելի սենյակների քանակը և բնակելի մակերեսը,

- տեղեկանք ՀՀ կառավարությանն առընթեր անշարժ գույքի կադաստրի պետական կոմիտեի համապատասխան ստորաբաժանումից` շահառուի և նրա ընտանիքի անդամների անվամբ վերջին 5 տարիների ընթացքում ՀՀ տարածքում սեփականության իրավունքով առկա բնակելի նշանակության անշարժ գույքի ձեռք բերման և (կամ) օտարման վերաբերյալ,

- տնամերձ հողամասի առկայության դեպքում` տեղեկանք համայնքից նշված հասցեում շենք շինության առկայության վերաբերյալ,

- կիսակառույց շինության դեպքում` տեղեկանք համայնքից կամ կադաստրից ավարտվածության վերաբերյալ, կցելով համայնքի ղեկավարի կողմից հաստատ­ված լուսանկարները,

- աղետի գոտում հաշվառվածների կամ աղետից տուժած անձանց, ինչպես նաև փախստակնների դեպքում` համապատասխան մարմնի կողմից տրված տեղեկանք բնակարանով կամ դրա ձեռքբերման համար համապատասխան վկայագրով ապահովված չլինելու մասին:
