Սթոլթենբերգը հայտարարել Է Ռուսաստանի հետ ՆԱՏՕ-ի տարաձայնությունների քաղաքական կարգավորման հնարավորության մասին

ՆԱՏՕ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղար Յենս Սթոլթենբերգը կարծում է, որ դաշինքի եւ ՌԴ-ի միջեւ ռազմական հակամարտության վտանգը պահպանվում է, սակայն կողմերը կարող են քաղաքական լուծման հասնել տարաձայնությունների կարգավորման համար: Համապատասխան կարծիքը նա հայտնել է կիրակի բրիտանական Financial Times թերթին տված հարցազրույցում։

«Հնարավոր է քաղաքական լուծում գտնել, հաշվի առնել Ռուսաստանի մտահոգությունները։ «․․․» Բայց պահպանվում է հակամարտության ռիսկը», - հայտարարել Է Սթոլթենբերգը՝ սպառնալով «ՆԱՏՕ-ի զսպող միջոցներով»՝ դաշինքի եւ ՌԴ-ի միջեւ հարաբերությունների սրման դեպքում: Նա հավելել է, որ ՆԱՏՕ-ն «հույս կունենա, որ ավելի լավ եւ ջանասիրաբար կաշխատի այդ ուղղությամբ, բայց նաեւ կպատրաստվի վատագույնին»:

Սթոլթենբերգը հերթական անգամ նշել է, որ դաշինքը պատրաստ չէ քննարկել ՆԱՏՕ-ի՝ դեպի Արեւելք չընդլայնվելու երաշխիքները, ինչպես դա պահանջում է Մոսկվան, քանի որ դա կհակասեր կազմակերպության «առանցքային սկզբունքներին»: Միեւնույն ժամանակ նա ընդգծել է, որ ՆԱՏՕ-ն եւ ԱՄՆ-ը պատրաստ են երկխոսություն վարել այն միջոցների շուրջ, որոնք ուղղված են հակամարտության իրավիճակների ռիսկի նվազեցմանը, մասնավորապես՝ «սպառազինությունների վերահսկման, ռազմական ակտիվության մեծ թափանցիկության, վարժանքների եւ հաղորդակցության գծերի ապահովմանը»:

Ընդ որում, ՆԱՏՕ-ի գլխավոր քարտուղարը ենթադրություն է հայտնել, որ կողմերի միջեւ տարաձայնությունների կարգավորման վերջնական լուծում չի գտնվի հաջորդ շաբաթ կայանալիք հանդիպմանը: Նրա խոսքով՝ առաջընթացի հասնելու համար բանակցությունների մի քանի փուլ կպահանջվի։ «Մենք պատրաստ ենք հարաբերությունների բարելավմանը», - ասել է Ստոլտենբերգը։ «Մենք արդեն ավելի վաղ ապացուցել ենք, որ ունակ ենք փոխզիջման գնալ եւ Ռուսաստանի հետ լուծումներ գտնել»:

Հիշեցնենք, որ հունվարի 10-ին Ժնեւում նախատեսվում է ՌԴ-ի եւ ԱՄՆ-ի միջեւ անվտանգության երաշխիքների շուրջ բանակցությունների անցկացում: Հունվարի 12 - ին Մոսկվայի ներկայացուցիչները կքննարկեն Եվրոպայում անվտանգության ոլորտում իրենց մտահոգությունները, ինչպես նաեւ անվտանգության երաշխիքների հետ կապված ռուսական նախագծերը՝ Բրյուսելում Ռուսաստան - ՆԱՏՕ խորհրդի նիստում, Հունվարի 13-ին՝ Վիեննայում ԵԱՀԿ Մշտական խորհրդի նիստում:
