Առաջարկվում է նվազագույն ամսական աշխատավարձը դարձնել 100 հազար դրամ

«Հայաստան» խմբակցությունն առաջարկում է բարձրացնել նվազագույն աշխատավարձը՝ սահմանելով 100 հազար դրամ: Այժմ այն 68 հազար դրամ է, վերջին փոփոխությունը եղել է 2019 թվականին, ուժի մեջ մտել` 2020-ի հունվարի 1-ից: «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության պատգամավորներ Բաբկեն Թունյանի, Վարազդատ Կարապետյանի և Նարեկ Զեյնալյանի հեղինակած նախագծով՝ նվազագույն ամսական աշխատավարձը բարձրացավ 13 հազար դրամով՝ 55 հազարից դառնալով 68 հազար դրամ:

Նախագծի համար հիմք են հանդիսացել սպառողական զամբյուղի արժեքի և աղքատության մակարդակի տվյալները: Ըստ Վիճակագրական կոմիտեի՝ 2021-ի առաջին եռամսյակի միջին ընթացիկ գներով արձանագրվել են ամսական 35.983 դրամ պարենային զամբյուղի և 66.568 դրամ՝ նվազագույն սպառողական զամբյուղի արժեքներ: Ըստ ԿԲ տվյալների՝ 2021-ին գնաճը կազմել է 8.4%, սպառողական գների ինդեքսը՝ 7.3%: Հեղինակները նաև հիշեցրել են, որ հունվարի 1-ից ջրի սակագնի՝ 20.47 դրամով թանկացման մասին:

Ըստ ընդդիմադիր խմբակցության՝ նախագիծը համահունչ է կառավարության որդեգրած քաղաքականությանը, որով պարտավորություն են ստանձնել առաջիկա տարիներին նվազագույն ամսական աշխատավարձը սահմանել 85 հազար դրամ:

Նախագծում խոսք չկա բյուջեի համար նոր ծախսերի ավելացման հաշվարկի մասին, միայն նշվում է, որ բարձրացված 32 հազար դրամը ծախսերի և դրանց արդյունքում ձևավորվող հարկերի, տուրքերի և պարտադիր վճարների միջոցով կրկին վերադառնալու է բյուջե:
