Արթուր Վանեցյանի դեմ հարուցված քրեական գործը կարճվեց. Փաշինյանի սպանություն չէ՞ր նախապատրաստվել

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի տեղեկություններով ԱԱԾ-Ն կարճել է Արթուր Վանեցյանի դեմ հարուցված քրեական գործը: Խոսքն այն քրեական գործի մասին է, թե իբր նա նախապատրաստել էր ՀՀ վարչապետի սպանությունը: Մեկ տարի անց նախաքննական մարմինը հասկացավ, որ աձին անհիմն մեղադրելով որեւէ արդյունքի չեն հասնի:

2020 նոյեմբերի 15-ին ԱԱԾ -ն հայտնել էր, որ Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունը (ԱԱԾ) մեղադրանք է առաջադրել ընդդիմադիր գործիչներ Արթուր Վանեցյանին, Վահրամ Բաղդասարյանին և Սիսական ջոկատի հրամանատար Աշոտ Մինասյանին։

Արդյունքում Հայ հեղափոխական դաշնակցության անդամ, արվեստագետ Աշոտ Ավագյանը ձերբակալվել էր վարչապետի գործունեությունը դադարեցնելու նպատակով ապօրինաբար նրան դիտավորությամբ կյանքից զրկելու և Սահմանադրությամբ չնախատեսված այլ եղանակով Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության լիազորություններին տիրանալու գործողությունները նախապատրաստելու համար։

ԱԱԾ նախկին տնօրեն, Պատիվ ունեմ խմբակցության ղեկավար Արթուր Վանեցյանը մեղադրվում էր իշխանության յուրացումը և վարչապետի սպանությունը նախապատրաստելու համար։ Փաստաբան Լուսինե Սահակյանը դեռեւ այն ժամանակ ապօրինի է որակում մեղադրանքը։

ԱԱԾ-ն հրապարակել էր հեռախոսային խոսակցության մի ձայնագրություն, որտեղ, ըստ իրավապահների, խոսում են այս գործով մեղադրյալ, նախկին իշխող Հանրապետական կուսակցության գործադիր մարմնի և խորհրդի անդամ Վահրամ Բաղդասարյանը, դաշնակցական Աշոտ Ավագյանը և Սիսական ջոկատի հրամանատար Աշոտ Մինասյանը։

Ըստ ԱԱԾ-ի, նրանք քննարկումներ են ունեցել առգրավված զենքի օգտագործման և նպատակի մասին։ Եվ ահա մեկ տարի անց ապացուցվեց, որ նման բան չի նախապատրաստվել:
