Պայմանագրային զինծառայողների աշխատավարձն ամբողջությամբ չի փոխանցվել. Պատգամավորը շտապ գրությամբ դիմել է ԳՇ պետին

Ահազանգ եմ ստացել ՀՀ Արարատի մարզի Զոդի զորամասի պայմանագրային զինծառայողներից՝ իրենց աշխատավարձերի վճարման հրատապ խնդրի վերաբերյալ։ Զինծառայողները մասնավորապես նշում են, որ դեկտեմբեր ամսվա աշխատավարձից  (մոտ 190000 ՀՀ դրամ) ստացել են ընդամենը մոտ 100000 ՀՀ դրամը, և տեղեկացվել, որ աշխատավարձի մյուս մասը կփոխանցվի 2022 թվականի հունվարի 10-ին։ Այս մաիսն իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է ԱԺ «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Թագուհի Թովմասյանը:

«Ամանորին հաշված օրեր են մնացել, իսկ պայմանագրային զինծառայողներն անգամ լրիվ աշխատավարձ չեն ստացել

Ահազանգ եմ ստացել ՀՀ Արարատի մարզի Զոդի զորամասի պայմանագրային զինծառայողներից՝ իրենց աշխատավարձերի վճարման հրատապ խնդրի վերաբերյալ։ Զինծառայողները մասնավորապես նշում են, որ դեկտեմբեր ամսվա աշխատավարձից  (մոտ 190000 ՀՀ դրամ) ստացել են ընդամենը մոտ 100000 ՀՀ դրամը, և տեղեկացվել, որ աշխատավարձի մյուս մասը կփոխանցվի 2022 թվականի հունվարի 10-ին։ Մինչդեռ նախորդ տարիներին, ինչպես ինձ տեղեկացրին զինծառայողները, դեկտեմբերի 20-ի դրությամբ իրենց վճարվում էր ամբողջական աշխատավարձ, նույնիսկ այսպես կոչված «13-րդ աշխատավարձի» որոշակի մաս։

Պայմանագրային զինծառայողները հավելում են, որ փոխանցված գումարով գուցե ի վիճակի լինեն կատարել վարկային պարտավորությունները, որոշ ընթացիկ ծախսեր, սակայն ունեն բազմաթիվ խնդիրներ՝ օրինակ հարազատների առողջական խնդիրների լուծման համար անհրաժեշտ ծախսեր, կոմունալ վճարումներ, որոնց լուծման համար փոխանցված գումարը բավականին քիչ է։ Իսկ այս ծանր իրավիճակում Ամանորի նույնիսկ փոքր գնումների համար այլևս գումար չի մնում։

Զինծառայողների նկատմամբ այս վերաբերմունքն անթույլատրելի է։ Նրանք մեր անվտանգությունն են ապահովում, իսկ պետությունը նույնիսկ նրանց հասանելիք աշխատավարձը լիարժեքորեն չի վճարում։

Արտակ Դավթյանին՝ խնդրելով շտապ հանձնարարել կատարել համապատասխան ուսումնասիրություն, մինչև դեկտեմբեր ամսվա ավարտը ապահովել համապատասխան վճարումների իրականացումը։ Հետամուտ կլինեմ խնդրի կարգավորմանը»,- գրել է նա։
