The National Interеst. Մոսկվան հետաքրքրված է թուրքական մարտական դրոններով

Զենքի արտահանումն իսկապես մեծ բիզնես է, եւ 2019 թվականին այն կազմել է մոտ 27 միլիարդ դոլար։ ԱՄՆ-ն շարունակում է մնալ զենքի առաջատար արտահանողը։ Առաջին հնգյակը եզրափակում են Ռուսաստանը, Ֆրանսիան, Չինաստանը եւ Գերմանիան, որոնց բաժին է հասնում ամբողջ աշխարհում արտահանման 78,92 տոկոսը: Սա չի նշանակում, որ այս երկրները միայն արտահանում են, գրում է The National Interеst-ը։

«Ռուսաստանը նույնպես մեծացրել է զենքի ներմուծումը, եւ, ըստ հաղորդագրությունների, Մոսկվան կարող է հայտնվել թուրքական ռազմատեխնիկայի, մասնավորապես՝ անօդաչու թռչող սարքերի գնորդ դառնալու շեմին։

Թուրքիան դարձել է անօդաչու թռչող սարքերի խոշոր արտադրող եւ օգտագործող, բայց նաեւ՝ խոշոր վաճառող։ Turkish Aerospace Industries-ը (TAI) սկսել է ԱԹՍ-ների մշակումը 2013 թվականին՝ Վաշինգտոնի եւ Անկարայի միջեւ հարաբերությունների վատթարացումից հետո։ Թուրքիան հետագայում մշակել է Anka-S-ը, որը գրեթե նման է ԱՄՆ ՌՕՈւ Reaper դրոնին։

Հաղորդվում է, որ թուրքական զինված ԱԹՍ-ները մի քանի սիրիական համակարգերի ոչնչացման համար նույնիսկ օգտագործել են ռուսական արտադրության ՀՕՊ։ Մոսկվան վիճարկել է այդ բողոքները, սակայն դա չի խանգարել Ռուսաստանին հետաքրքրություն ցուցաբերել թուրքական ԱԹՍ-ների նկատմամբ։

Թուրքիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Մեւլյութ Չավուշօղլուն այս շաբաթ հայտարարել է, որ Ռուսաստանին անօդաչու թռչող սարքեր կամ այլ թուրքական զենք եւ ռազմական տեխնիկա վաճառելու խնդիր չկա։

«Թուրքիան վաճառում է իր անօդաչու թռչող սարքերը նրանց, ովքեր դրանց կարիքն ունեն»,-ասել է Չավուշօղլուն Haber Turk-ին։ Փորձաքար է դարձել այն, որ 2019 թվականին Թուրքիան իր Bayraktar TB2 անօդաչու թռչող սարքերը վաճառեց Ուկրաինային։

Ուկրաինական «Ուկրսպեցէքսպորտ» ընկերության գործադիր տնօրեն Վադիմ Նոզդրյան 2020 թվականի հոկտեմբերին հայտարարել է, որ Կիեւը նույնպես հետաքրքրված է Bayraktar-ների համատեղ արտադրությամբ։

Ուկրաինան ԱԹՍ-ներ է պատվիրել 2019 թվականի հունվարին, իսկ առաջին մատակարարումը տեղի է ունեցել նույն թվականի հունիսին։ Այժմ՝ մոտ երկու տարվա վերապատրաստումից հետո, անօդաչու թռչող սարքերը շահագործման են հանձնվել եւ օգտագործվել են այս ամսվա սկզբին Դոնբասում հետախուզական առաքելության նպատակով։

Չավուշօղլուն ասել է, որ Ուկրաինայի հետ գործարքը չպետք է խոչընդոտի Ռուսաստանին հնարավոր վաճառքին։

Չավուշօղլուն նաեւ կրկնել է, որ Թուրքիան շարունակում է բանակցությունները Ռուսաստանի հետ Ս-400 հակաօդային պաշտպանության համակարգերի երկրորդ գնդի գնման շուրջ՝ չնայած նրան, որ ԱՄՆ-ն եւ ՆԱՏՕ-ի մյուս գործընկերները հրապարակայնորեն դժգոհություն են հայտնել այդ կապակցությամբ։ Այդ պատճառով Թուրքիան դուրս է մնացել Lockheed Martin F-35 Joint Strike Fighter ծրագրից, քանի որ Միացյալ Նահանգները պնդում է, որ Ս-400-ը եւ F-35-ն անհամատեղելի են, եւ եթե Թուրքիան երկուսն էլ օգտագործի, դա վտանգի տակ կդնի հինգերորդ սերնդի անտեսանելի ինքնաթիռների անվտանգությունը»։
