Քաղաքական իշխանությունը հրահանգում է, նախաքննական մարմինն այլևս չի կարողանում.... «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

«Փաստ» թերթի տեղեկություններով, Հայաստանին զենք մատակարարող ընկերության ղեկավար Դավիթ Գալստյանի (Պատրոն Դավիթ) և ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանի գործով բավականին լուրջ հակասություններ են առաջացել Հայաստանի քաղաքական իշխանության և նախաքննական մարմնի միջև: Բանն այն է, որ քաղաքական իշխանությունը՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գլխավորությամբ, ցանկանում է Գալստյանին ու Տոնոյանին պահել կալանքի տակ, գործին տալ այնպիսի «բովանդակություն», որ պատերազմի պարտության պատճառը հնարավոր լինի նաև նրանց «գրպանը գցել»:

Սակայն քննությամբ զբաղվող խումբը, մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, այլևս չի կարողանում հիմքեր «ստեղծել» նրանց կալանքի տակ պահելու համար: Բանն այն է, որ մասնավորաբար Պատրոն Դավիթի խափանման միջոցի հարցով դատական նիստում պաշտպանական կողմը ներկայացրել է այնպիսի ապացույցներ, որոնցով ամբողջությամբ հերքվում են այն վարկածները, թե, օրինակ՝ մատակարարված ապրանքը եղել է անորակ ու ժամկետանց: Մյուս կողմից՝ այդպես էլ որևէ փորձաքննություն չի իրականացվում, միակ նշանակված փորձաքննությունն էլ մնացել է անկատար:

Մեր ունեցած տեղեկություններով, սրա պատճառն այն է, որ ցանկացած փորձաքննության արդյունքում ամբողջ մեղադրանքը կարող է «ջրվել»: Սակայն նախաքննական մարմինը, թերթի աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, այլևս չի կարողանում ապահովել Փաշինյանի հրահանգների կատարումը և գործի բազմակողմանի քննությունը ձգձգելով՝ առանց որևէ հիմքի շարունակել կալանքի տակ պահել Գալստյանին:
