Հրազդանի քաղաքապետի որդին մեքենայով վրաերթի է ենթարկել տղամարդուն ու փախել դեպքի վայրից․ տուժողը մահացել է

Այսօր՝ հունիսի 8-ին, վրաերթ է տեղի ունեցել Կոտայքի մարզում։ Ժամը 12։30-ի սահմաններոմ Nissan Teana մակնիշի 444 ԼԼ 70 համարանիշի ավտոմեքենայի վարորդը Հրազդան քաղաքում՝ Շահումյան փողոցում, վրաերթի է ենթարկել հետիոտնին։ Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, վարորդը ավտոմեքենայի համարանիշերը մեքենայի վրայից հանել է և դեպքի վայրից դիմել փախուստի, իսկ վրաերթի ենթարկվածը՝ Հրազդան քաղաքի Միկրոշրջան թաղամասի 223 շենքի 12 բնակարանի բնակիչ՝ 58-ամյա Վալերի Թորոսյանը, ծայրահեղ ծանր վիճակում տեղափոխվել է Հրազդանի բժշկական կենտրոն, որտեղ գիտակցության չգալով՝ մահացել է։
Դեպքի վայրում հավաքվածներն ասում էին, որ ավտոմեքենան հաշվառված է Հրազդանի քաղաքապետարանի հաշվեկշռում և սպասարկում է Հրազդանի քաղաքապետ Արամ Դանիելյանին, իսկ ավտոմեքենան վարել է նրա որդին՝ Հրազդան քաղաքի Միկրոշրջան թաղամասի 8-րդ շենքի 11 բնակարանի բնակիչ՝ 17-ամյա Ռազմիկ Արամի Դանիելյանը։ Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ քաղաքապետի «փափկասուն բալիկը« ավտոմեքենան վարելու իրավունք չունի, քանի որ վարորդական իրավունքի վկայական չունի, ու հիմա նրա հայրը՝ Հրազդանի քաղաքապետ, «մեծն» Ա. Դանիելյանը, փորձում է մեկ ուրիշին ներկայացնել՝ որպես վարորդ, որպեսզի իր բալիկը պատասխանատվության չենթարկվի։ Դեպքի վայր են ժամանել ոստիկանության Հրազդանի բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը՝ Հրազդանի ոստիկանապետ Կարեն Խաչատրյանի գլխավորությամբ։

Ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները կարճ ժամանակում հայտնաբերեցին ավտոմեքենայի համարանիշները և այս պահին էլ ձեռնարկվում են համատեղ գործողություններ՝ քաղաքապետի բալիկին, ով կասկածվում է վրաերթ կատարելու և դեպքի վայրից փախնելու մեջ, հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ։ Այս պահին Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Կոտայքի մարզային քննչական վարչության հատկապես կարևորագույն գործերով ավագ քննիչներ Դավիթ Թովմասյանն ու Սերգեյ Երիցյանը ընթերակաների ներկայությամբ կատարում են դեպքի վայրի զննություն և ավտոմեքենան կնիքվեց։
