Ի՞նչ պայմանավորվածություններ ունի Կապանի համայնքապետը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է

Կապանի համայնքապետ Գևորգ Փարսյանը, որը պատերազմից հետո պահանջում էր վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հրաժարականը, նախ՝ նոյեմբերի 14-ի ընտրություններից հետո, ապա նոյեմբերի 24-ին Փաշինյանի հետ հանդիպումից հետո խոսել էր կառավարության հետ միանշանակ համագործակցելու մասին՝ շեշտելով, թե «հունիսի 20-ին կայացել են խորհրդարանական ընտրություններ, և ժողովուրդն իր որոշումը կայացրել է»: Այս հայտարարությունը առանձնապես մեծ ուշադրության չարժանացավ, քանզի շատերը պարզապես համարեցին, որ բնական է ՏԻՄ-երի և գործադիր բարձրագույն մարմնի համագործակցությունը:
