Գերմանիայի ՊՆ-ն առաջարկել է պատժամիջոցներ սահմանել Պուտինի և նրա շրջապատի նկատմամբ

Գերմանիայի պաշտպանության նախարար Քրիստին Լամբրեխտը (Գերմանիայի Սոցիալ-դեմոկրատական կուսակցություն) հանդես է եկել Ռուսաստանի բարձրագույն ղեկավարության դեմ անձնական պատժամիջոցների կիրառման օգտին՝ Ուկրաինայում հակամարտության սրման դեպքում։ Նման հայտարարություն նա արել է Bild am Sonntag թերթին տված հարցազրույցում, որը հրապարակվել է կիրակի Լիտվա իր այցից առաջ, հայտնում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը։

«Այս պահին մենք պետք է նպատակ դնենք (Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր) Պուտինի և նրա շրջապատի նկատմամբ պատժամիջոցները», - ասել է նախարարը, որի կարծիքով, «ագրեսիայի համար պատասխանատու անձինք» պետք է զգան հակամարտության սրման հետևանքները։

«Մենք պետք է օգտագործենք մեր ունեցած միջոցների ամբողջ շրջանակը», - հավելել է Լամբրեխտը՝ պատասխանելով «Հյուսիսային հոսք 2» նախագծի դադարեցման հնարավորության մասին հարցին:

«Ես մեծ մտահոգությամբ եմ հետևում, թե ինչ է կատարվում այնտեղ (Ռուսաստանի և Ուկրաինայի սահմաններին): Ես շատ լավ հասկանում եմ ուկրաինացիների մտավախությունները», - ասել է Լամբրեխտը:

«Հետևաբար, ես կիրակի իմ առաջին այցն եմ կատարում Լիտվա, որտեղ կայցելեմ ՆԱՏՕ-ի արագ արձագանքման ուժեր և կհասկանամ՝ ինչպես են զինվորները տեսնում իրավիճակը», - բացատրել է նա:

Սակայն Լամբրեխտը զուսպ է արձագանքել նախկին խորհրդային հանրապետություն ՆԱՏՕ-ի զորքեր ուղարկելու հնարավորության մասին հարցին։

«Մենք պետք է սպառենք դիվանագիտության և տնտեսական պատժամիջոցների բոլոր տարբերակները», - ասել է Գերմանիայի պաշտպանության նոր նախարարը՝ նշելով, որ «բոլոր հետագա քայլերը պետք է սերտորեն համաձայնեցվեն (ՆԱՏՕ) դաշինքում»։

Գերմանիայի սոցիալ-դեմոկրատական կուսակցությունը մինչ այժմ խուսափում էր Մոսկվայի հասցեին նման կոշտ հայտարարություններից։

Վերջերս Արևմուտքում և Ուկրաինայում ավելի ու ավելի շատ հայտարարություններ են հնչում Ռուսաստանի՝ իբր ուկրաինական տարածք հնարավոր «ներխուժման» մասին։ ՌԴ նախագահի մամուլի քարտուղար Դմիտրի Պեսկովը նման տեղեկությունները դատարկ և անհիմն լարվածության սրացում է անվանել՝ ընդգծելով, որ Ռուսաստանը ոչ մեկի համար վտանգ չի ներկայացնում։ Միաժամանակ նա չի բացառել նման հայտարարություններն արդարացնելու համար սադրանքների հնարավորությունը, և զգուշացրել է, որ Ուկրաինայի հարավ-արևելքում խնդիրը ուժային ճանապարհով լուծելու փորձերը կունենան ամենալուրջ հետևանքները։
