Մոսկվան Վաշինգտոնին առաջարկում է անվտանգության երաշխիքների շուրջ բանակցություններ սկսել

Մոսկվան առաջարկում է Վաշինգտոնին բանակցություններ սկսել անվտանգության երաշխիքների շուրջ բացառապես երկկողմ ձևաչափով: Ինչպես հայտնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ այդ մասին ՏԱՍՍ-ի հետ զրույցում հայտարարել է Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության արտգործնախարարի տեղակալ Սերգեյ Ռյաբկովը՝ շեշտելով, որ այլ երկրների ներգրավումը կիմաստազրկի բանակցությունները:

«Մենք ԱՄՆ-ին առաջարկում ենք բանակցություններ երկկողմ ձևաչափով: Եթե բանակցություններում ներգրավենք այլ երկրների՝ պարզապես կխեղդենք դրանք բանավեճերի և խոսամոլության մեջ», - ասել է դիվանագետը:

Միևնույն ժամանակ, ըստ ՌԴ փոխարտգործնախարարի, նմանատիպ իրավիճակ, ինչպիսին Միացյալ Նահանգների հետ հարաբերություններում է, դեռ երբեք չէր եղել:

«Հույս ունեմ, որ ամերիկացիները չեն թերագնահատում այն, թե որչափ է ամեն ինչ փոխվել, ընդ որում՝ դեպի վատ կողմը: Եվ առայժմ, ցավոք, դեռ չեն չկան նշաններ, որ նրանք պատրաստ են հրաժարվել իրենց կաղապարներից», - նշել է Սերգեյ Ռյաբկովը:

Դեկտեմբերի 17-ին ՌԴ արտգործնախարարությունը ՆԱՏՕ-ի դեպի արևելք չընդլայնման և Ռուսաստանի անվտանգության երաշխավորման մասին պայմանագրի նախագիծ էր փոխանցել Վաշինգտոնին: ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ը նաև ՆԱՏՕ-ի մյուս անդամ պետությունների հետ պայմանագրերի նախագծեր էր հրապարակել: BBC-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ դրանց առանցքային միտքը իրավական ամրագրումն է ՆԱՏՕ-ի՝ դեպի արևելք ընդլայնումից հրաժարվելու և դաշինքին Ուկրաինայի անդամակցումը բացառելու:

Նույն օրը Սպիտակ տան մամուլի խոսնակ Ջեն Փսակին, մեկնաբանելով ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ի կողմից Ռուսաստանի և Միացյալ Նահանգների ու ՆԱՏՕ-ի միջև անվտանգության երաշխիքների մասին պայմանագրերի նախագծերի հրապարակումը, ասել էր, որ Միացյալ Նահանգները բանակցություններ չի վարի Եվրոպայում անվտանգության վերաբերյալ, եթե դրանց չմասնակցեն Եվրամիության գործընկերները:
