Մամիկոն Ասլանյանին գերի են վերցրել, որևէ մեկը իր կաբինետում նստած չի կարողանալու առևանգել վանաձորցու քվեն. Խաչատուր Քոքոբելյան (տեսանյութ)

Ակնհայտ է, որ այստեղ որևէ իրավական բան չկա, ողջ ընտրարշավի ընթացքում ողջ հանրապետությունը ականատես եղավ Մամիկոն Ասլանյանի թիմի կողմից քաղաքակիրթ և ներկայանալի արշավին, որի ընթացքում որևէ մեկին չվիրավորեցին, որևէ արտառոց բան տեղի չունեցավ։ Ես չեմ կարծում, որ Մամիկոն Ասլանյանին ձերբակալել են, ես համարում եմ, որ Մամիկոն Ասլանյանին գերի են վերցրել։ Այս մասին դատարանի բակում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց «Ազատ դեմոկրատներ» կուսակցության նախագահ, «Ասլանյան» դաշինքի անդամ Խաչատուր Քոքոբելյանը։

«Մամիկոն Ասլանյանը հիմա պատանդ է այս շենքում և դա որևիցե կերպ չի անդրադառնալու վանաձորցու քվեի վրա։ Հնարավոր չէ մեծամասնության համակրանքին արժանացած թեկնածուին պատանդ վերցնելով` այդ մեծամասնության վերաբերմունքը փոխել»,- ասաց Քոքոբելյանը։

Նրա խոսքով` սա միայն քաղաքական խնդիր է և կարիք չկա դա ապացուցելու։ «Դեկտեմբերի 17-ին պետք է տեղի ունենար ավագանու անդրանիկ նիստը, որտեղ պետք է տեղի ունենար քվեարկություն։ Վանաձորցու քվեն առևանգել անհնարին է։ Զարմանալին այն է, որ սահմանային խնդիրների դեպքում, փոխանակ պաշտպանեն սահմանը, բառացիորեն հարձակվել են տեղական ինքնակառավարման վրա։ Դեկտեմբերի 5-ից հետո չկա մի համայնք, որտեղ այս խնդիրը չկա, պարզապես Վանաձորում այն շատ ավելի ակնառու է»,– ասաց նա։

Խաչատուր Քոքոբելյանը շեշտեց, որ որևէ մեկը իր կաբինետում նստած չի կարող փոխել վանաձորցիների  վերաբերմունքը։

Անդրադառնալով ավագանու նիստին, Քոքոբելյանը նշեց, որ այն չի կայանալու։ «Ընտրություններին մասնակցած և շեմը չհաղթահարած ուժերից մեկը բողոք է ներկայացրել և հետաձգել է, ողջ գործընթացը։ Ընտրական օրենսգիրքը հստակ խաղի կանոններ է սահմանում և իշխանություններին որևէ կերպ չի հաջողվելու հասնել իրենց ուզածին և անցկացնել իրենց թեկնածուին»,- ասաց Խաչատուր Քոքոբելյանը։
