«Դժվա՞ր է նորմալ բառեր օգտագործել»․ Ռուբեն Ռուբինյանը հունից դուրս եկավ իշխանություններին վռնդելու մասին Արմենուհի Կյուրեղյանի հայտարարությունից հետո (տեսանյութ)

Իշխող ուժը ՏԻՄ ընտրությունների արդյունքները շատ ծանր տարավ, ինչքան էլ իշխող ուժից պնդեցին, որ այդ ամենը ժողովրդավարության հաղթանակ է, միևնույնն է այլ բանի մասին է խոսում։ Այս մասին խորհրդարանի ամբիոնից հայտարարեց «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Արմենուհի Կյուրեղյանը։

«Ի՞նչ եղավ ձեր ժողովրդավարությունը, սկսել եք բռնաճնշումներ այն համայնքներում, որտեղ չեք ընտրվել, չեք կարողանում նշանակել ղեկավար։ Սա ընդամենը ՏԻՄ ընտրություն է, ինչո՞ւ չեք կարողանում արժանապատվորեն ընդունել ձեր պարտությունը։ Լավ առաջին դեմքերի նկատմամբ գործեր կարեցիք, բա՞ երկրորդի, երրորդի, ամբողջ համայնքի բնակիչների նկատմամբ ի՞նչ եք անելու։ Ձեր ամեն մի բռնաճնշում ձեր դեմ ցասումի նոր ալիք բարձացնելու»,- ասաց պատգամավորը։

Արմենուհի Կյուրեղյանը հորդորեց իշխանություններին չմոռանալ՝ օրենքը լայն  հնարավորություն է տալիս 3-4 ամսից ազատվել իրենց նշանակած ղեկավարներից։

Պատգամավորն ասաց, որ բռնապետություն են փորձում հաստատել՝ տրորելով ժողովրդավարության արժեքները, բայց դա իշխանություններին չի հաջողվելու։ «Դուք դուրս եք վռնդվելու, և ՏԻՄ արդյունքներն արդեն վկա են»,- շեշտեց նա։

Նիստը վարող ԱԺ Փոխխոսնակ Ռուբեն Ռուբինյանը ելույթից հետո հունից դուրս եկավ և տեղից արձագանքեց․

«Տիկին Կյուրեղյան, մեկ կետով համաձայն եմ Ձեզ հետ․ ՏԻՄ օրենքը միանշանակ հնարավորություն է տալիս ավագանիներին համայնքի ղեկավարներին պաշտոնանկ անելու, իսկ Ձեր լեքսիկոնի հետ կապված հորդորում եմ՝ մի քիչ զուսպ լինել․ եթե մենք էլ սկսենք խոսել՝ ով է ում վռնդել, վռնդելու, շարունակաբար վռնդում, լավ բան չի ստացվի։ Զարմանում եմ Ձեր վրա, հասուն մարդ եք, դժվա՞ր է նորմալ բառեր օգտագործեք»,-եզրափակեց նա։
