Զելենսկին, Շոլցը և Մակրոնը դիմել են Ռուսաստանին

Բրյուսելում Արևելյան գործընկերության գագաթնաժողովի ընթացքում Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Զելենսկին հանդիպել է Գերմանիայի կանցլեր Օլաֆ Շոլցի և Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Էմանուել Մակրոնի հետ։ Կողմերը պայմանավորվել են շարունակել ակտիվ աշխատանքը «նորմանդական ձևաչափով» (Գերմանիա, Ռուսաստան, Ուկրաինա, Ֆրանսիա), չորեքշաբթի հայտնել են Ուկրաինայի ղեկավարի գրասենյակից։

«Կողմերը պայմանավորվել են «նորմանդական ձևաչափում» ակտիվ աշխատանքը շարունակելու և 2019 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 9-ին Փարիզի գագաթնաժողովում չորս կողմերի կողմից ընդունված որոշումների կատարումն ապահովելու անհրաժեշտության մասին»,- ասվում է հաղորդագրության մեջ։ Զելենսկին մանրամասնել է, որ դա նշանակում է Դոնբասում հրադադարի պահպանման ապահովում, պահվող անձանց փոխադարձ ազատում և շփման գծում երկու նոր անցակետերի բացում։

Երեք պետությունների ղեկավարները պայմանավորվել են գործադրել բոլոր ջանքերը Դոնբասի կարգավորման հարցում առաջընթացի հասնելու համար և «ռուսական կողմին կոչ են արել վերսկսել կառուցողական աշխատանքը նորմանդական ձևաչափով»:

Բացի այդ, ինչպես հայտնել են նախագահականից, Զելենսկին բարձրացրել է ռուս-ուկրաինական սահմանին տիրող իրավիճակի հարցը։ Նա վստահեցրել է, որ Ուկրաինան «այլ երկրների նկատմամբ ագրեսիվ մտադրություններ չունի», ինչպես նաև ասել է, որ ակնկալում է, որ «որքան հնարավոր է շուտ ռուսական զորքերը և զենքերը դուրս կբերվեն Ուկրաինայի սահմաններից»։
