ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազը հանդիպել է Իրանի արդարադատության նախարարի հետ, քննարկվել են իրավական ոլորտում համագործակցության արդիական հարցեր

Կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի կոնվենցիայի անդամ երկրների համաժողովի 9-րդ նստաշրջանին մասնակցության շրջանակներում գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանը շարունակում է հանդիպումներ ունենալ այլ երկրների պատվիրակությունների ղեկավարների, ներկայացուցիչների հետ:

Դեկտեմբերի 15-ին Շարմ Էլ Շեյխում կայացել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության գլխավոր դատախազ Արթուր Դավթյանի և Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության արդարադատության նախարար Ամին Հոսեյն Ռահիմի հանդիպումը, որին մասնակցել է նաև Եգիպտոսում ՀՀ արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Հրաչյա Փոլադյանը:

Կողմերը քննարկել են երկու հարևան և բարեկամ երկրների միջև իրավական ոլորտում համագործակցության արդիական հարցեր։

Երկուստեք բարձր է գնահատվել վերջին շրջանում Հայաստանի և Իրանի դատախազությունների միջև հարաբերությունների զարգացման և սերտացման դինամիկան, փոխվստահության և փոխգործակցության մակարդակի շարունակական աճը, ինչի վկայությունն են ՀՀ և ԻԻՀ գլխավոր դատախազների արդյունավետ փոխայցելությունները:

Դրանց ընթացքում պլանավորվում են հեռանկարային նոր համատեղ միջոցառումներ՝ միտված հանձնման և քրեական գործերով իրավական օգնության ցուցաբերման, թմրամիջոցների մաքսանենգության և թմրամիջոցների ապօրինի շրջանառության, ապօրինի սահմանահատումների և ապօրինի միգրացիայի դեպքերով քրեական գործերի քննության և դրանց նկատմամբ դատախազական վերահսկողության, ինչպես նաև ալ գործընթացների արդյունավետության բարձրացմանը:

Բացի այդ, օպերատիվ լուծումներ են ստանում երկուստեք բարձրացվող քրեաիրավական բնույթի խնդիրներ՝ հիմքում ունենալով երկու երկրների ներքին օրենսդրության հարգումը, իրավական անվտանգությունը, տնտեսական, մշակութային, հումանիտար կապերի  ամրապնդման համատեքստում միմյանց երկրների տարածքում գտնվող իրենց քաղաքացիների ապահովությունը և իրավունքները:

ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազը, մասնավորապես, գոհունակություն է հայտնել Իրանի գլխավոր դատախազի անմիջական միջամտությամբ քրեական գործերով իրավական օգնություն ցույց տալու մասին Հայաստանի իրավասու մարմինների միջնորդություններն Իրանի իրավասու մարմինների կողմից կատարելու խնդրի լուծման կապակցությամբ։

Արթուր Դավթյանը և Ամին Հոսեյն Ռահիմին մտահոգություն են հայտնել տարածաշրջանում ստեղծված անվտանգային իրավիճակի, դրանով պայմանավորված՝ շարունակվող լարվածությունց տուժող տարածաշրջանի բնակչության կենսական իրավունքների պաշտպանության ի հայտ եկող մարտահրավերների, խոչընդոտների կապակցությամբ:

Առաջնային է համարվել տևական կայունության և խաղաղության ապահովումը, կողմերը վերահաստատել են իրենց սկզբունքային մոտեցումը տարածաշրջանը միջազգային ահաբեկչությունից զերծ պահելու, հակառակին ուղղված միտումները թույլ չտալու հարցում: Կրկին շեշտվել է այս ուղղությամբ ջանքերը համատեղելու, ահաբեկչության, ինչպես նաև անդրազգային բնույթի այլ հանցագործությունների դեմ պայքարում վճռականությունն ցուցաբերելու և երկկողմ ու բազմակողմ ձևաչափերով գործակցության ընդլայնման անհրաժեշտությունը:
