ԱԺ նախկին պատգամավոր Արման Աբովյանը ֆեբսյուքյան գրառում է արել, որում ասվում է․

«Հետաքրիր է հետևել, թե ինչպես է իշխանությունը կարողանում խաղաղացնել տեղեկատվական հոսքերը՝ շատ հմուտ շեղելով մարդկանց ուշադրությունը իրական խնդիրներից շինծու/հատվածային տեղեկատվական աղմուկի ներքո։

Ապիկար, անգրագետ, ապազգային նախագծերի իրականացումը և երկրի սողացող ապամոնտաժումը իրականացվում է ականջահաճո «խաղաղության» և «ապագայի» անիրատեսական և սուտ կարգախոսների ներքո։

Նկատե՞լ եք, որ իշխանական բուրգը ունի ընդհամենը երկու անփոփոխ, սակայն իրարամերժ տեսլական։

Մեկը նա է, որ բոլոր աղետների,արհավիրքների և պետության փուլային կազմալուծման մեջ մեղավոր են շուրջ բոլորը, իսկ իրենք անշառ, միամիտ, պայծառ հայացքով «ժողովրդի ծառաներ են», որոնց ուղղակի մատի վրա պտտացնում են բոլոր «սևերը»։

Եվ երկրորդը, իրենք ամենագիտուն, արհեստավարժ, ազնիվ, պուպուշ, խելացի, ժամանակակից, ժողովրդավար իշխանությունն են, որին չի ստացվի խաբել և շփոթեցնել։

Ավելորդ է ասել, որ երկու թեզն էլ ընդհամենը քարոզչական պատկեր ստեղծող մեխանիզմներ են, որոնք առայժմ աշխատում են մարդկանց որոշակի շրջանակներում։

Բայց դե երկար չի կարող տեւել, քանզի կարելի է ինչ որ երկար ժամանակ հիմարեցնել մարդկանց, բայց հավատացնում եմ ձեզ, որ հավերժ դա չի ստացվի, մարդրկ ներքուստ զգում են, որ իրենց իրականում պարզապես «գժի» տեղ են դրել ու պարզապես օգտագործում են։

Սոցիալական հոգեբանության մեջ սա կոչվում է «բացասական քայլերի դրական ինքնաարդարացում»։

Իսկ որ այդ մեխանիզմը աշխատի, իշխանությունները օգտագործում են շատ տարածված մի հնարք՝ մշտպես ստեղծելով լարվածություն ներքաղաքական և սոցիալական տիրույթում պարզապես չեն թողնում, որ մարդիկ կոնցենտրացվեն աբողջական պատկերի շուրջ, դրանով իշխանությունները թույլ չեն տալու, որ մարդիկ կարողանան ադեկվատ գնահատել իրավիճակը և արձագանքեն վտանգներին։

Օրինակ գերիների հարցը։

Հիշեցնեմ, որ ընտրություների ժամանակ իշխանությունը որակավորում էր գերիներին, որպես «հերոս և եղբայր» իսկ հիմա որակավորում է, որպես դասալիք և հակահերոս։

Հիմա հարց...ինչո՞վ է պայմանավորված այս կարգի 180 աստիճան պտույտը իշխանության կողմից»։
