Ադրբեջանական իշխանությունները պատասխանատվություն են կրում այսօր՝ ՀՀ 1 զինծառայողի սպանելու՝ կյանքից զրկելու և մի քանի զինծառայողների հրազենային վիրավորումներ հասցնելու համար․ ՄԻՊ

ՄԻՊ Արման Թաթոյանը ֆեյսբուքյան էջում անդրադարձել է այսօր հայ-ադրբեջանական սահմանին գրանցված փոխհրաձգությանը․ «Ադրբեջանական իշխանությունները պատասխանատվություն են կրում այսօր՝ դեկտեմբերի 10-ին ՀՀ 1 զինծառայողի սպանելու՝ կյանքից զրկելու և մի քանի զինծառայողների հրազենային վիրավորումներ հասցնելու համար

 

Ադրբեջանական իշխանությունները գործում են միջազգային կանոնների հանցավոր խախտումներով և պատասխանատվություն են կրում այսօր՝ դեկտեմբերի 10-ին Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Սոթքից Վերին Շորժա հատվածներում ադրբեջանական զինված հարձակումների հետևանքով ՀՀ զինծառայողներին հրազենային վիրավորումներ հասցնելու, նրանցից մեկին սպանելու՝ կյանքի իրավունքը դիտավորությամբ խախտելու համար:

Այս հետևության հիմքում են փաստերը, որ՝

1. ադրբեջանական զինված ծառայողերը ներխուժել և առանց որևէ հիմքի՝ պատերազմի սպառնաիքների ներքո տեղակայվել են ՀՀ գյուղերի հարևանությամբ ու համայնքների միջև ճանապարհներին.

2.  2020թ. նոյեմբերի 9-ից հետո  Գեղարքունիքում և Սյունիքում ֆիզիկապես ներկա են շինություններում և հողատարածքներում (արոտվայրեր, վարելահողեր և այլն), որոնք օրինական փաստաթղթերով սեփականության իրավունքով պատկանում են ՀՀ բնակիչների կամ համայնքային սեփականություն են.

3. պարբերաբար կրակում են ՀՀ գյուղերի, մարդկանց տների ուղղությամբ և իրական վտանգ ստեղծում քաղաքացիական բնակիչների կյանքի և առողջության համար, վնաս են պատճառում նրանց գույքին և կենդանիներին, զբաղված են գողություններով, դիտավորյալ խոչընդոտում են գյուղատնտեսական աշխատանքները և այլն.

4.Գեղարքունիքում գյուղերի հարևանությամբ հրդեհում են արոտավայրեր ու խոտհարքեր, գյուղերի անմիջական հարևանությամբ և Սյունիքի համայնքների միջև ճանապարհներին նրանց առկայության պատճառով վտանգված է մարդկանց կյանքի իրավունքը, սահմանափակվել է մարդկանց ազատ տեղաշարժը, մարդիկ հայտնվել են մեկուսացման և հումանիտար խնդիրների առաջ:

Արցախում պատերազմից հետո խոշտանգել ու դիտավորությամբ կյանքից զրկել են՝ սպանել են քաղաքացիական բնակիչների.

5. ադրբեջանական իշխանությունները պատերազմից հետո խորացրել են հայատյացության հովանավորչության ու թշնամանքի քարոզի քաղաքականությունը.

6. ադրբեջանական զինված որևէ ծառայող իր հանցանքների համար չի պատժվել, այդ արարքները միայն խրախուսվել են.

7. ՀՀ զինծառայողները պաշտպանում են քաղաքացիական բնակիչների կյանքն ու առողջությունը, խաղաղ ու անվտանգ կյանքը»:
