Պատրոն Դավոն սաղ ըլնի...

Բոլորին էր հասկանալի, որ պատերազմի աղետալի հետևանքների ու մեր երեխաների զոհվելու մեկամյա տարելիցին ընդառաջ հասարակական տրամադրությունները սրվում էին, այլևս Փաշինյանը նախկինի նման չի կարողանում ազատորեն շրջել, Եռաբլուրում աջակցության ծեսեր բեմադրել, ուստի հարկավոր էր նոր, աղմկահարույց, աշխարհացունց գործողություններ, նոր մեղավորների նշանակում:

Իհարկե, հասարակության գիտակից հատվածը հասկանում է, որ զենքի հետ կապված որևէ գործարք առանց Փաշինյանի ուղղակի անհնար է, սակայն իշխանությունների կտերով ու կույր բնազդներով սնվող հանրույթի համար բանական միտքը քոմենթախողխող անելու հիանալի հնարավորություն է ստեղծվել: Եթե ձերբակալվում է պաշտպանության նախարարը, ով առանց վարչապետի գիտության ու գումարային հատկացման անհնար է որևէ գործարք կարողանա կատարել, ապա ինչու ԱԱԾ-ն նմանատիպ գործողություն չի կատարել վարչապետի նկատմամբ:
