Վրաստանի արդարադատության նախարարությունը տուգանվել է Սաակաշվիլիի բանտային լուսանկարները հրապարակելու համար

Վրաստանի արդարադատության նախարարությունը խախտել է «Անձնական տվյալների պաշտպանության մասին» օրենքը՝ հրապարակելով կադրերը, որոնցում երկրի նախկին նախագահ Միխեիլ Սաակաշվիլին պատկերված է Ռուսթավի բանտում սնվելիս, ինչպես նաև բանտային հիվանդանոց տեղափոխվելիս: ՏԱՍՍ գործակալության փոխանցմամբ՝ այս մասին ասվում է Վրաստանի Պետական տեսչական ծառայության հայտարարության մեջ:

«Պետական տեսչական ծառայությունն ավարտել է արդարադատության նախարարության կողմից Միխայիլ Սաակաշվիլիի անձնական տվյալների ստացման և տարածման օրինականության ուսումնասիրությունը: Պետական մարմնի որոշմամբ՝ գերատեսչությունը և Հատուկ քրեակատարողական ծառայությունը վարչական պատասխանատվության են կանչվում իրավախախտումների մի քանի դրվագով»,- ասվում է հաղորդագրության մեջ:

Նշվում է, որ տուգանքի չափը կազմում է 2500 լարի (810 դոլար):  Պետական մարմնի տվյալներով՝ նոյեմբերի 5-ին և 6-ին արդարադատության նախարարության Հատուկ քրեակատարողական ծառայությունը լուսանկար և տեսակադրեր է հրապարակել, որոնցում երևում է, որ Սաակաշվիլին սննդային հավելումներ է ընդունում՝ այդպիսով փորձելով ապացուցել, որ նախկին նախագահը քաղցած չի մնում բանտում:

Նոյեմբերի 8-ն և 11-ին հրապարակվել են լուսանկարներ, որոնցում երևում է՝ ինչպես է Սաակաշվիլին հեռանում բանտից և շտապ օգնության մեքենայով տեղափոխվում բանտային հիվանդանոց: Կադրերում երևում է, որ վերջինս հրաժարվում է դուրս գալ մեքենայից, քանի որ ցանկանում էր քաղաքացիական հիվանդանոց գնալ ոչ թե բանտային:

Հիշեցնենք, որ Միխեիլ Սաակաշվիլիին ձերբակալել են հոկտեմբերի 1-ին, երբ վերջինս վերադարձել է Վրաստան՝ երկրում հոկտեմբերի 2-ին կայացած ՏԻՄ ընտրություններում ընդդիմադիր ուժերին աջակցելու համար: Ձերբակալման օրվանից Սաակաշվիլին հացադուլ էր հայտարարել, որն ավարտել է 50 օր անց: Նախկին նախագահին երկրում հեռակա կարգով դատապարտել էին պատգամավորին ծեծի ենթարկելու և բանկիրի սպանության կազմակերպման համար: Բացի այդ, նրան մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել ևս մի քանի գործով, այդ թվում՝ պետական միջոցները մսխելու, լիազորությունների չարաշահման և երկրի սահմանն ապօրինաբար հատելու համար:
