Դեկտեմբերի 5-ին Լոռու մարզի մի քանի խոշորացված համայնքներում՝ անցկացվել են տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների ընտրություններ:

Նշված ընտրությունների համատեքստում իրավապահ մարմինների կողմից արձանագրվել է առերևույթ ընտրական կամ ընտրություններին առնչվող այլ բնույթի հանցագործությունների վերաբերյալ 6 հաղորդում կամ ահազանգ, որոնք բոլորն էլ ստացվել են ֆիզիկական անձանցից, այդ թվում նաև Տեղամաային ընտրական հանձնաժողովների նախագահներից, ՀԿ ներկայացուցիչներից և վերաբերում են քվեարկության գործընթացին:

Մասնավորապես, ստացված հաղորդումներից և ահազանգերից՝

  • 4-ը վերաբերում է կրկնակի քվեարկության փորձին, որոնցից մեկն արձանագրվել է Թումանյան, 3-ը՝ Սպիտակ խոշորացված համայնքների ՏԻՄ համամասնական ընտրություններում,
  • 1-ը՝ Սպիտակ խոշորացված համայնքի ընտրատեղամասերից մեկում ընտրողների քվեարկված քվեաթերթիկները պատռելու միջոցով ընտրական իրավունքի իրականացմանը խոչընդոտելուն,
  • 1-ը՝ Սպիտակի խոշորացված համայնքի ընտրություններում անձի կողմից իր կատարած քվեարկությունը լուսանկարելու միջոցով առերևույթ քվեարկության գաղտնիությունը խախտելուն:

Մարզի դատախազության հանձնարարությամբ ընդհանուր 6 հաղորդումներից 5-ն ուղարկվել է նախաքննության մարմին, իսկ 1-ը՝ հետաքննության մարմին՝ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքի 180-181-րդ հոդվածներով սահմանված կարգով նյութեր նախապատրաստելու նպատակով:
