Թուրքական իշխանությունները խոստովանում են՝ երկրի ազգային անվտանգությունը լուրջ ներգրավվածություն է ունեցել Ղարաբաղյան պատերազում

Թուրքական իշխանությունները հրապարակավ խոստովանում են, որ երկրի ազգային անվտանգությունը լուրջ ներգրավվածություն է ունեցել Ղարաբաղյան պատերազում՝ աջակցելով ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերին:

Թուրքիայի փոխնախագահ Ֆուադ Օքթայը անցած շաբաթ խորհրդարանում հաջորդ տարվա բյուջեի նախագծի քննարկման ժամանակ, ամփոփելով տարբեր գերատեսչությունների նախորդ տարվա աշխատանքը, հայտարարել է, որ Թուրքիայի ազգային հետախուզության կազմակերպությունը կարևոր դեր է ունեցել 44-օրյա պատերազմում: Գովելով հետախուզական և պաշտպանական ուժերի երկրի ներսում և արտերկրում կատարած ծառայությունը՝ Օքթայը հայտարարել է՝ Սիրիայում, Լիբիայում, Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում, վերջերս էլ Աֆղանստանում ազգային անվտանգության կազմակերպությունը պատմական կարևորության օպերացիաներ է իրականացրել՝ սպասարկելով Թուրքիայի շահերը:

Այս համատեքստում նա ընդգծել է անցած տարվա պատերազմում ադրբեջանական զինված ուժերին ցուցաբերած աջակցությունը և Ադրբեջանի հաղթանակի գործում Անկարայի ներդրման գործոնը։

«Մեր սահմանների ներսում և սահմաններից այն կողմ պատմության ամենահաջող գործողությունները իրականացնելով հանդերձ տարածաշրջանում ձեռքբերումների մաս ենք կազմել՝ Լիբիայում հեղափոխականների դեմ մղված պայքարից մինչև Ղարաբաղի հաղթանակ», -ասել է Օքթայը:

Անցած տարվա պատերազմի առաջին իսկ օրերից Թուրքիան ամենաբարձր՝ նախագահի մակարդակով հայտարարեց Ադրբեջանի կողքին լինելու մասին՝ անթաքույց աջակցություն ցուցաբերելով եղբայրական երկրին:

Այնուհանդերձ, ռազմական գործողություններին թուրքական հետախուզական ուժերի մասնակցության մասին պաշտոնապես նախկինում չէր հայտարարվել: Ընդհակառակը, պատերազմի ընթացքում Անկարան կտրականապես հերքում էր ռազմական օպերացիաներում այս կառույցի դերակատարության մասին պնդումները: Թուրքիայի ազգային հետախուզության կազմակերպությունը մասնավորապես մեղադրվում էր սիրիացի ջիհադիստներին Ղարաբաղ տեղափոխելու համար:

Այս մասին ակնարկել էր նաև Ռուսաստանի արտաքին հետախուզական ծառայության տնօրեն Սերգեյ Նարիշկինը՝ հայտարարելով, թե տեղյակ են Ղարաբաղում թուրքական հետախուզության աշխատանքի մասին: Նա նաև նշել էր, որ ռուսական կողմը ստույգ տվյալներ ունի ռազմական գործողությունների տարածքում Մերձավոր Արևելքից և Սիրիայից ահաբեկիչների տեղակայման վերաբերյալ:

Պաշտոնական Երևանը ևս պարբերաբար բարձրաձայնում էր թուրքական հետախուզության միջոցով պատերազմում օտարերկրյա զինյալների ներգրավվածության մասին:

Թեմայի շուրջ շվեդական Nordic Monitor պարբերականը գրում է, թե հայկական սփյուռքի կառույցները հետևողական աշխատանք են տանում Ղարաբաղում հակահայկական գործունեություն ծավալած գործակալներին հայտնաբերելու և պատերազմական հանցագործությունների համար միջազգային դատարաններում պատասխանատվության ենթարկելու ուղղությամբ:

Մինչ այդ Թուրքիայի ազգային հետախուզության կազմակերպության 2022 թվականի բյուջեի համար 3,5 մլրդ լիրա՝ շուրջ 255 մլն դոլար է հատկացվել: Nordic Monitor-ի տվյալներով, միայն 2020 թվականին թուրքական հեռախուզությունը մոտ կես միլիարդ լիրա՝ 68,5 մլն դոլար էր ծախսել գաղտնի օպերացիաների համար, գրեթե նույնքան էլ հաջորդ տարի էր հատկացրել այդ ծառայությանը:
