Իրականացվել է ավելի քան 100 անվճար բիզնես դասընթաց՝ ՓՄՁ-ների համար

Ակբա բանկը Հայաստանի ֆինանսական համակարգում առաջինն էր, որ փոքր և միջին ձեռնարկությունների զարգացման նպատակով 2013 թվականից մեկնարկեց անվճար բիզնես դասընթացների շարք:

Առ այսօր բանկի կողմից անցկացվել է 105 բիզնես դասընթաց, որին մասնակցել է 820 փոքր և միջին ձեռնարկության ղեկավար և որոշում կայացնող շուրջ 1480 անձ։

Այս տարի բանկի կողմից անցկացվել է 15 դասընթաց, որին մասնակցել է 160-ից ավելի փոքր և միջին ձեռնարկության ղեկավար և որոշում կայացնող շուրջ 260 անձ: Բիզնեսն ավելի արդյունավետ կառավարելու համար դասընթացների մասնակիցները ձեռք են բերել նոր գիտելիքներ տարբեր ուղղություններով՝ դրամական հոսքերի կառավարումից սկսած մինչև ֆինանսական որոշումների կայացում,  գործնական ու թվային մարքեթինգ, ծախսերի վերահսկողություն, հյուրատնային անձնակազմի մոտիվացում և պահպանում, հոգատարություն հյուրերի հանդեպ և այլն:  

Կազմակերպվող բիզնես դասընթացների շրջանակում մշտապես բանկի ուշադրության կենտրոնում են նաև մարզերը: 2013թ․-ից մինչ օրս մարզերում իրականացվել է 22 դասընթաց, որին մասնակցել է 184 փոքր և միջին ձեռնարկության ղեկավար և որոշում կայացնող շուրջ 276 անձ։ 2021թ.-ին բիզնես դասընթացներ են անցկացվել Գեղարքունիքի, Տավուշի և Շիրակի մարզերում, որոնց մասնակցել է շուրջ 40 փոքր և միջին ձեռնարկության ղեկավար և որոշում կայացնող ավելի քան 50 անձ:

«Ակբա բանկը Հայաստանում ՓՄՁ-ների զարգացման համար շուրջ 8 տարի կազմակերպում և անցկացնում է անվճար բիզնես դասընթացներ: Սկզբում այս դասընթացներին հնարավորություն ունեին մասնակցել միայն բանկի հաճախորդ ՓՄՁ-ների ղեկավարներն ու որոշում կայացնող անձինք, բայց կարճ ժամանակ անց դասընթացները հասանելի դարձան նաև Հայաստանում գործող բոլոր ՓՄՁ-ների ներկայացուցիչների համար, քանի որ մենք նպատակ ունենք մեր գիտելիքներով ու փորձով աջակցելու մեր երկրի տնտեսության զարգացմանը»,- նշել է Ակբա բանկի բիզնես գործառույթների համակարգման գծով գլխավոր գործադիր տնօրենի տեղակալ Արսեն Մելքոնյանը:

Ակբա բանկի կողմից իրականացվող անվճար բիզնես դասընթացները կանցկացվեն նաև հաջորդ տարի:

Առաջիկա դասընթացը կկայանա արդեն 2022 թվականի հունվարին:
