Ալեն Սիմոնյան. Իսկ ինչո՞ւ չի գրվում, որ այն կազմակերպությունը, որտեղ աշխատում է իմ եղբայրը, չի շահել մոտ 15 տենդեր

«Առաջին լրատվական»-ին տված հարցազրույցում ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահ Ալեն Սիմոնյանը պատասխանել է իր եղբորն առնչվող ասֆալտապատման մրցույթի տենդեր շահելուն վերաբերող հանրային հնչեղություն ստացած հարցին։ Մեկնաբանը մասնավորապես հարցրել է` խնդրահարույց չէ՞ արդյոք այն, որ  Սիմոնյանի  եղբայրը շահում է նման տենդերներ եւ արդյո՞ք դա կոռուպցիա չէ։

«Եկեք պարզենք՝ կոռուպցիա է, թե՝ ոչ: Այդքան գումարներ են ծախսվում. այդ լրատվամիջոցները, հետաքննող լրագրողները գրանտներ են շահում, հարցազրույցներ են տալիս, եւ դա բավարարում է միայն, որ ֆիքսում են, որ իմ եղբայրն աշխատում է մի տեղ՝ որպես հասարակ աշխատակից։ Եւ բավարարվում են նրանով, որ գնում են եւ 86 տարեկան տատիկիս դռան ետեւից նկարում են եւ ասում, որ տանը մարդ չկա:

Գիտեք՝ դա կոռուպցիա կլիներ, եթե այդ ընկերությունն անհավասար պայմաններում լիներ, եւ այդ ընկերության գոնե 1 տոկոսը պատկաներ իմ եղբորը: Իմ եղբայրը երկու բարձրագույն կրթություն ունեցող երիտասարդ է, որը տարբեր աշխատանքներում իրեն շատ լավ է դրսեւորել եւ այդ մրցույթները շահելը կամ չշահելը որեւէ ձեւով չի անդրադառնում իր աշխատավարձի կամ եկամուտի վրա: Նա ժողովրդի լեզվով ասած՝ աշխատավարձով աշխատող է։ Եկեք հասկանանք՝ ամբողջ այդ աղմուկը բացի նրանից, որ իմ անունն են ավելացնում։ Իսկ ինչու չի գրվում, որ այն կազմակերպությունը, որտեղ աշխատում է իմ եղբայրը, չի շահել մոտ 15 տենդեր»:

Նա հավելել է, որ այդ ոլորտում ամենամեծ աշխատանքը կատարում է եւ հաճախ շահում է ընդդիմադիր առաջնորդներից մեկի բարեկամի ընկերությունը: «Իսկ ինչու չեն գրում, որ այդ բարեկամը կարող է իշխանության հետ կապված է, եւ իրենք էլ են տենդեր շահում: Եկեք այդ տրամաբանությունն օգտագործենք: Նորից եմ ասում՝ մարտահրավեր են չակերտավոր նետում բոլոր այն մարդկանց, որոնք առավոտյան արթնանում են եւ իմ անունն ու ազգանունը գրում են, որպեսզի այդ նյութը կարդացվի: Գտեք այդ կոռուպցիան»,- նշել է նա:

Ըստ Ալեն Սիմոնյանի՝ այդ ամենն արվում է երկու պատճառով: Առաջին՝ զուգորդվում է իր հաջողված այցով որեւիցէ երկիր, մասնավորապես՝ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնություն: Լրատվական դաշտում, կարծես, պայմանավորված այցից անմիջապես հետո սկսում են խոսել Ալեն Սիմոնյանի մասին: Երկրորդ՝ կարող է այն ընդդիմադիր ղեկավարի բարեկամը, ով տիրապետում է այդ նույն ոլորտում  ծավալով ամենամեծ աշխատանքներին, ցանկանում է նույնիսկ այսօր այդ միջոցով (անունն էլ անկեղծ ասած չգիտեմ)  այդ ընկերությանը դուրս հանել մրցակցությունից, որպեսզի վախենան..․ Կարդացեք նաև Ալեն Սիմոնյանը` նոր ավտոմեքենա գնելու մասին Ալեն Սիմոնյան. «Ինձ հետ կապված մեկ ասում են Ռուսաստանի լրտես է, մեկ ասում են՝ թեկնածու է։ Ոնց հարմար է՝ ասում են» «Հիշում ենք եւ չենք մոռանա».
