Յուրի Նավոյանը հրաժարվել է Մոսկվայում Արցախի ներկայացուցչության ղեկավարի պաշտոնից` փոխարենը առաջարկելով համատեղ զորացնել ՌԴ հետ քաղաքական երկխոսության օրակարգը

Վերջերս տեղեկություններ են շրջանառվում, որ Արցախի կառավարությունը մտադիր է նոր կադրի նշանակումով թարմացնել Մոսկվայում իր ներկայացուցչության աշխատանքը: Համաձայն այդ տեղեկությունների, Մոսկվայում Արցախի ներկայացուցչի պաշտոնի համար դիտարկվում է նաև ԴԻԱԼՈԳ կազմակերպության նախագահ Յուրի Նավոյանի թեկնածությունը, հավանաբար, նկատի ունենալով, որ տարիներ շարունակ նա Մոսկվայում  զբաղվում է Հայաստանի ու Արցախի խնդիրներով և նման նշանակումը դրական կընդունվի ՌԴ և ՀՀ պետական ու քաղաքական  շրջանակներում: Այս տեղեկության իսկությունը ճշտելու նպատակով մենք դիմեցինք պարոն Նավոյանին և ստացանք հետևյալ պատասխանը.

«Այո, բավական ժամանակ առաջ Արցախի բարձրագույն ղեկավարության կողմից ինձ առաջարկվել է ստանձնել Մոսկվայում Արցախի մշտական ներկայացուցչության ղեկավարի պաշտոնը, բայց սիրալիր կերպով հրաժարվել եմ` փոխարենը առաջարկելով համատեղ զորացնել Ռուսաստանի հետ երկխոսությունը և բարելավել դրա բովանդակությունը: 

Առանց պաշտոնական հանգամանքի էլ, ինչպես նախկինում, այնպես էլ հիմա, իբրև ԴԻԱԼՈԳ կազմակերպության նախագահ հասարակական դիվանագիտության ճանապարհով շարունակում եմ նպաստել տարբեր ոլորտներում Ռուսաստանի հետ Արցախի համագործակցության զարգացմանը: Իսկ այդ աշխատանքը ընդհանրապես ընդլայնում է հայ-ռուսական երկխոսության և գործընկերության դաշտը` կոնկրետ իրավիճակներում ապահովելով հստակ լուծումներ: 

Եվ քանի որ համագործակցում ենք Արցախի պետական համակարգի հետ, ի թիվս լուծումներ պահանջող այլ հարցերի, նաև Մոսկվայում Արցախի մշտական ներկայացուցչության գործունեության վերաբերյալ Ստեփանակերտին համակարգային առաջարկություններ ենք արել մեր կազմակերպության կողմից: Իհարկե, դրանց որդեգրելու նպատակահարմարության հարցը Արցախի կառավարության իրավասության դաշտում է: Միայն նշեմ, որ մեր առաջարկությունները ոչ թե կադրային փոփոխությունների վերաբերյալ են, այլ իրավա-կազմակերպչական բնույթի` ուղղված Արցախի սուբյեկտայնության ապահովմանը»:
