Պետոության անտարբերությունն ու լռությունը սպանիչ է

Երկու շաբաթ է անցել նոյեմբերի 16-ին Սիսիանի շրջանում տեղի ունեցած հայ-ադրբեջանական բախումներից, որի հետևանքով պաշտոնական տվյալներով գերեվարավել են  տասնյակից ավելի, իսկ ոչ պաշտոնական տվյալներով՝ մոտ 3 տասնյակ հայ զինծառայողներ։

Պաշտպնության նախարարությունը գերեվարված զինծառայողներից որևէ մեկի տվյալ մինչ այս պահը չի հրապարակել։
Եթե մինչ այս գյումրեցի զինծառայող Սուրեն Խաչատրյանի հարազատները կասկածում էին, թե իրենց որդին   գերեվարված է, այսօր արդեն քույրը՝ Արփինե Խաչատրյանը, hraparak.am-ի հետ զրույցում համոզմունք հայտնեց, որ եղբայրը ոչ թե անհետ կորածների, այլ գերիների թվում է․

«Երկար ուսումնասիրությունից հետո գրեթե կասկած չունենք, որ ադրբեջանական կայքում հայտնված տեսանյութի տղաներից մեկը մեր Սուրենն է, ձայնից եւ ժեստից համոզվեցինք, հիմա հիմնավոր կարող ենք ասել, որ ինքն է»։ Միայն թե զինծառայողի ընտանիքի համար սպանիչ է պետության անտարբերությունն ու լռությունը։ «Գոնե կես բառով ասեն՝ ձեր երեխեն գերի է, պատճառաբանում են, թե հակառակորդը չի հաստատել գերիներին։ Լավ, ոնց հաստատի, դրա համար մեր պետության կողմից որևէ քայլ պիտի արվի, թե չէ, բոլոր գերատեսչություններին դիմում ենք․ քար անտարբերություն»,- սրտնեղած ասում է զինծառայողի քույրը՝ ավելացնելով․

«Այստեղ Շիրակի մարզպետին դիմեցինք, ծնողների ներկայությամբ մարզպետը կապվել էր գերատեսչություններից մեկի պատասխանատուների հետ, խոստացել էին, թե 2-3 օրից  ձեր որդու ճակատագրի վերաբերյալ պատասխան կտանք։ 3 օրն էլ է անցել ու էլի նոր օրեր։ Անզոր, ձեռքներս կապած վիճակում նստած ենք։ Վերջերս վիրավոր զինվորին հետ վերադարձրեցին, ուրախացանք, որովհետև նա էլ հենց Սուրենիս հետ էր եղել, հույս ունենք, թե ինքը որևէ բան կարող է մեզ, բայց իր հետ էլ տեսակցությունն է արգելված, մի խոսքով  էս անորոշությունից ու անտարբերությունից խելագարվում ենք»:
