Սաակաշվիլիի գործով հաջորդ դատական նիստը տեղի կունենա դեկտեմբերի 23-ին

Վրաստանի նախկին նախագահ Միխեիլ Սաակաշվիլիի գործով հաջորդ նիստը նշանակված է դեկտեմբերի 23-ին։ Այս մասին այսօրվա դատավարության ժամանակ հայտարարել է դատավորների կոլեգիան, որը քննում է 2007 թվականին ընդդիմության ցույցը ցրելու և «Իմեդի» հեռուստաընկերության «գրավման» գործը։ Այս իրադարձությունների կապակցությամբ Սաակաշվիլին մեղադրվում է պաշտոնեական դիրքի չարաշահման համար։

Ինչպես գրում է newsgeorgia.ge-ն, այսօր Սաակաշվիլին առաջին անգամ մասնակցել է դատական նիստին, որտեղ քննվել է նրա գործը։ Նա խիստ հսկողության տակ բերվել է Գորիի զինվորական հոսպիտալից, որտեղ բուժում է անցնում 50-օրյա հացադուլից հետո։ Սա Սաակաշվիլիի առաջին հրապարակային ելույթն էր հոկտեմբերի 1-ին ձերբակալվելուց հետո։

Դատավարությանը մեկ ժամ տևած ելույթով հանդես գալուց հետո Սաակաշվիլին ասել է, որ ներկա չի լինի նիստի շարունակությանը։

«Ես իմ կամքով եմ դուրս գալիս դահլիճից, բժիշկներն ինձ ասել են, որ կարող եմ ներկա գտնվել ընդամենը մեկուկես, երկու ժամ»,- ասել է նա։ Ընդմիջումից հետո դատական նիստը շարունակվել է առանց Սաակաշվիլիի։

Սաակաշվիլին ձերբակալվել է Վրաստանում հոկտեմբերի 1-ին: Միաժամանակ, Վրաստանի օմբուդսմեն Նինո Լոմջարիան հայտարարել էր, որ ձերբակալությունից հետո նա հացադուլ էր սկսել, քանի որ համաձայն չէ առաջադրված մեղադրանքների հետ և իրեն համարում է քաղբանտարկյալ: Վրաստանում Սաակաշվիլին ներգրավված է մի քանի քրեական գործերում:

Նախկին նախագահը հեռակա դատապարտվել է բանկիր Սանդրո Գիրգվլիանիի սպանության և պատգամավոր Վալերի Գելաշվիլիի ծեծի համար: Առաջին դեպքում նա դատապարտվել է երեք տարվա ազատազրկման, երկրորդում՝ վեցի: Բացի այդ, Սաակաշվիլին ներգրավված է 2007 թվականի նոյեմբերի 7-ին ընդդիմության հանրահավաքը ցրելու, «Իմեդի» հեռուստաընկերության ջարդի և պետական բյուջեից միջոցների յուրացման գործերում: Դրանք դեռ դատարանում են:
