Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին չհաջողվեց Դավիթ Գալստյանից հակահերոս կերտել

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին չհաջողվեց Հայաստանին զենք մատակարարող ընկերության ղեկավար Դավիթ Գալստյանից (Պատրոն Դավոյից) հակահերոս կերտել, և այժմ քրեական գործը միտումնավոր քնեցնում են, իսկ Գալստյանին և մյուսներին հանիրավի պահում անազատության մեջ։ Հիշեցնենք, Գալստյանին, Պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանին և այլ անձանց մեղադրում են անորակ և ժամկետանց հրթիռներ գնելու, Հայաստանին 4,7 միլիոն դոլարի վնաս հասցնելու մեջ։

Օրերս մամուլը գրեց, թե Գալստյանի փաստաբանները անհերքելի փաստեր են ներկայացրել, թե հրթիռները բոլորովին էլ անորակ և ժամկետանց չեն, իսկ զենքի մատակարարին ապօրինի կերպով են պահում անազատության մեջ։

Նախաքննական մարմինն արդեն երկու ամիս է հրաժարվում է համապատասխան փորձաքննություն իրականացնել, պարզել հրթիռների պիտանելիության հանգամանքը, փոխարենը կրկին միջնորդություն է ներկայացրել դատարան՝ կալանքի ժամկետը երկարաձգելու միջնորդությամբ, և դատարանն էլ բավարարել է այդ միջնորդությունը։

Քրեական գործով կատարված այս ապօրինությունները, նախաքննական մարմնի, Հայաստանի իշխանությունների վարքը վկայում է մեկ բանի մասին՝ Պատրոն Դավոյից պատերազմական հակահերոս կերտել չհաջողվեց, և այժմ նրան պարզապես առանց հիմքերի պահում են անազատության մեջ։

Փաստաբաններն ահազանգում են, որևէ գործընթաց, քննչական գործողություն չի իրականացվում, իսկ ամենակարևոր փորձաքննությունը պարզապես վիժեցվել է։ ԱԱԾ-ն և դատարանը հրաժարվում են փորձագետներ հրավիրել հրթիռների որակը գնահատելու համար, հրաժարվում են ապրանքագետ հրավիրել՝ զենքի գնման արժեքը որոշելու համար, բայց չեն հրաժարվում Հայաստանի համար չափազանց կարևոր գործ արած մարդուն առանց լուրջ մեղադրանքի անազատության մեջ պահելու արատավոր գործելաոճից։

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը փորձեց իր պատասխանատվությունն ու մեղավորությունը անհեթեթ մեղադրանքներով բարդել զենքի մատակարարի, պաշտպանության նախկին նախարարի, այլ բարձրաստիճան զինվորականների վրա։ Անգամ այսպիսի զոմբիացված հասարակության պայմաններում, իշխանական քարոզչամեքենային չհաջողվեց Գալստյանի գրպանը գցել պարտության մեղքը։

Ըստ էության, գործող վարչախումբը մտադիր է հնարավորինս ձգձգել գործի քննությունը, Դավիթ Գալստյանին հնարավորինս երկար պահել անազատության մեջ, քնեցնել գործը։ Իսկ թե այդ հանգամանքն ինչպես կազդի բանակի մարտունակության, նոր սպառազինություն գնելու հրամայականի վրա, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին և նրա կամակատարներին քիչ է հետաքրքրում։
